Great location
Very walkable location. We found the room to be a bit shabby. Dated. Frayed carpet at doorways. Mildew in the shower. Not well appointed

Not as it says on the adverts
I can't belive that this is rated as a 4 star hotel as it's one of the worst I have stayed in. We arrived at about 11.30pm and check in was fine. However, when I got to my room on the 4th floor it was not as expected so I went down to reception to complain. I was advised that I would receive a complimentary upgrade and was moved to the 10th floor. The room was actually worse than the first one, the only upgrade I received was that it was 6 floors higher!!!!. I therefore returned to my original room. Although the hotel advertised coffee machines in all rooms I did not have a one so brought this to the management's attention. There response was to remove the mention of coffee machines from there website. The hotel is tired, in need of a refurbishment. Windows were old so you could hear all the noise from the street, which was loud and went on most of the night. The bathrooms were in need of some TLC and a good clean. We split some body cream on the floor and cleaned it up and the cloth was filthy. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.
