Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Qtr. is the best! We have going there for the last 20 years for the Bayou Classic. It is our home away form home. Nyra Venible and Alicia Fosselman takes care of getting all of our rooms booked. When we pull up to check-in Eric Brack greets us with a warm welcome and takes care of our bags and check-in needs and also makes sure we are taken care of when we check out. The on-staff Police/Security guard greets us and makes sure to let us know what is open and off limits. They make sure we are taken care of from the time we check-in until we leave. They are our family. We look forward to going back each year and if we have to go before November that is our one stop Hotel. Thanks Crown Plaza Staff for the love you show us each time we visit!

Excellent Group Experience at Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Quarter – Astor
Our group, the Stephenson High School Band, recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Astor with a total of 39 rooms, and our experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located for everything we needed during our trip. Most importantly, Alicia Fosselman provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. From coordinating a large group stay to ensuring all our needs were met on-site, Alicia was professional, responsive, organized, and truly a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail and calm, customer-focused approach made a potentially stressful group booking feel seamless. Our students, parents, and chaperones all had a wonderful stay and felt well taken care of. We are extremely grateful for the outstanding hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to any group or organization traveling to New Orleans. Thank you again, Alicia, for going above and beyond to make our stay such a success!

My experience at the Crowne Plaza New Orleans was overall very positive. While we had a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, the Operational Manager, Byron, and the General Manager stepped in promptly and ensured everything was taken care of. Their professionalism and willingness to resolve the issues made a big difference. This was my first time visiting New Orleans, and I truly enjoyed the city. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from Bourbon Street and Canal Street, making it easy to enjoy all the nearby attractions and festivities. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, I had a great experience and appreciate the effort the team made to ensure we were satisfied. I would consider staying here again in the future.
