I am disappointed to say that my stay was subpar. Upon arrival, I found my first room's door wide open, requiring me to return to the front desk to request a change. Unfortunately, the new room had damaged curtains that allowed outsiders to see into other rooms, necessitating a makeshift solution to maintain privacy. Additionally, the noise level was excessive, akin to an apartment complex. The air conditioner was extremely loud, and while maintenance visited, the only solution offered was to lower the temperature, which made the room uncomfortably cold. Furthermore, the refrigerator emitted a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of a dead rat. Given these issues, I would not recommend staying on the Alexa side, as it appears to cater to party-goers rather than those seeking peace. Thanks to Mr Eric the bellman for getting my luggage!! Very nice as well as the two young men’s who came up to check the air!

Making Mardi Gras Special
I took my daughter to Mardi Gras for her birthday and was blown away by the hospitality at this property. Mardi Gras was in full swing and the people at the desk and housekeeping were extraordinary. They handled to stress and hustle like professionals. If you are looking for a very nice hotel in the heart of everything, this is a place for you.
