Thanksgiving in Key West!
Everything was first class! We stayed 5 nights over Thanksgiving and everything was outstanding, from check in to check out. The service from the staff was awesome...special shout-out to bellman, Dima! Dima was wonderful. My wife is handicapped, and anytime he saw us in the lobby or going out somewhere, he always asked if there was something we needed. Great service, we'll be back! Thanks Dima!

Needs more renovations and attention to detail!
I recommended this hotel to our son who was visiting us while in KW. Never again!! Lobby is beautiful and reception area is lively and very entertaining. Move upstairs to the nightly expense of a Duval balcony room #249 ✅The French doors opening to balcony are so warped you can barely force them open. ✅Patio table was dirty with past sticky drink rings ✅The room was not properly cleaned ✅Floors were not cleaned, black feet while barefoot ✅A/C condensation that drips on floor, so had to place a towel down every day ✅Refrigerator had a pool of water in the bottom Need I say more? Too many other hotels in Old Town that stand up to par for the same price or cheaper. He was visiting for 3 days, so just dealt with the room conditions rather than complain. Why be moved to another room that has the same conditions. I asked the front desk upon check in if the A/C conditions had been addressed with the renovations and the reply was do you want me to be honest or lie? Shame on Marriott!

Great location, rooms need refreshing.
The hotel is in a perfect location on Duval Street, so you are close to the action, everything is within walking distance. It looks as though the public areas have been recently refurbished, but the rooms are in need of some TLC, as is the elevator which is painfully slow. The room I was initially assigned should not be rented out to guests. There is some kind of major AC unit above the room that creates so much noise it would be impossible to sleep. Shameful that they try and put people there. The pool area is ok, but food service doesn’t start until noon. Overall, the staff are very friendly and helpful, but I think there are better cheaper options available. The redeeming point for the hotel is its location, but for the price, I would not stay here again.
