as a long time resident of Key west thrilled st the recent renovations here years ago THE TOP was ICONIC as one of the best bars on the island. The recent and new bar TROPICADO at street level is amazing!! they could not have done better. the complete renovation is great. Classy and comfortable. Its the place to go. And the music and dancing on the weekends is like nowhere here. (Great people watching too). Such a good vibe and truly the best friendliest staff. BARTENDERS here are phenomenal . HARI & BEA truly are two of the best bartenders I’ve encountered on this island. even if they’re super busy, they acknowledge you and make you feel comfortable and know you will be treated well. HARI is a rock star. recommend this place to everybody and again if you have a chance to sit, have a cocktail and watch the folks dancing on a Saturday night do it you will have a great evening.

Mango Mojito
came to the Tropicado Bar and had the best Mango Mojito. Bea and Harry are very accommodating and provided the best service. Lokesh the supervisor stop by to check on us. We will definitely come back. Cheers!

La Concha Tropicado
La Concha has been renovated and is fantastic but the location cannot be beat. The only thing better than the location is the bartenders at Tropicado. Jovanna and Harry are the best on the island. They remember you, what you drink, and if you want to switch it up, they have a drink ready that is perfection. These two are here to serve and make you happy/ready to like the drinks no matter what and it makes a difference. Will stay here again solely based on the service from them.

Exceptional Hospitality and Craftsmanship
Great vibes, right in the heart of Duval street. Perfect drinks and outstanding service from Bea and Harry at the bar each time I go there.

Very loud whirring fan noise in our room that couldnt be turned off. Air conditioner was even louder somehow. Room had a bad smell and dirtt floor as well. Called about it and got no help despite them saying “maintenance will check it out tomorrow”. Highlight was the lovely front desk person who couldnt have been nicer but unfortunately the room issues offset that.
