SAVE YOUR MONEY !
DO NOT STAY HERE – WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I booked this hotel for my husband and me to celebrate our anniversary based on the photos online. Unfortunately, the reality was nothing like what was advertised. When we arrived, the room looked completely different from the photos and wasn’t even properly cleaned. There was garbage still in the trash, the bed wasn’t made, random towels were left around the room, there was no air conditioning, and the room was hot and uncomfortable. After complaining at the front desk and showing them the photos we booked based on, we were moved to another room—which was also dirty, smelled terrible, was extremely hot, and completely unacceptable. Although we knew we couldn’t stay the night, we hoped at least to have dinner since we were past the cancellation window and tried to recover some value from what we paid. Unfortunately, the restaurant situation was just as bad. I had called the hotel two days prior to arrival to reserve an à la carte restaurant. They asked for a room number (which I didn’t have yet) and told me they would reserve under my name. When we arrived, we were told to come back at 3:00 PM for reservations. When we returned, a different staff member told us the concierge was closed and that it was impossible to book an à la carte restaurant. Our only option was the buffet. Paying over $400 per night for an all-inclusive resort and not being able to access an à la carte restaurant is unacceptable. Between the filthy rooms, lack of air conditioning, terrible communication, and inability to book dinner, we left the hotel within 30 minutes. Our wristbands were immediately cut off, no manager came to speak with us despite our complaints, and we were refused any refund. Expedia has also been unable to obtain compensation from the hotel. This was a complete waste of money and incredibly disappointing, especially for an anniversary trip. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Don’t waste your money expecting 4 plus stars maybe 2
Nice location, the desk staff and doormen are pretty much useless. Not friendly or helpful. Until you check out and have to wait for your flight then they are on you ensuring you stay in the lobby and are only allowed water! Every other all inclusive I’ve been to you have resort privileges until you leave! That being said the bartenders and restaurant staff were all fantastic! The only good thing about the resort. Also don’t expect night life. The nightly shows are shared with the family resort and geared toward the children. All the bars shut down at 11pm or midnight, so if you fell like staying up later good luck! The room was outdated, booked a king room got 2 double beds and were immediately told no king rooms available before I even finished asking the question! The room was clean but dated. Definitely will NEVER be back, although I’m sure they will be fine as for some reason many older people we talked to have been here multiple times, crazy people obviously don’t know what a good resort is like!
