Not ever again. Ignored maintenance. Newer places available in the area.
Booked the honeymoon suite for the week. Figured that we would have a great stay in a nice room. AC was non existent although it was advertised as such. Reached out daily to follow up in getting it fixed. Got the usual string along about them contacting maintenance. Finally on day four I noticed the screws were not in the grill for the vent. Decided to take a look. Well the pictures speak for themselves. The system had been in disrepair for quite the time. Probably years. The return air duct was gone. Meaning that the air that was to be ran through a filter and recirculating from the room air was not, but was pulling air from the dirty disgusting wall cavities. No wonder the condenser coil was plugged up and barely moving air. The worst part was multiple people would have know of this systems complete and utter disrepair yet made it normal. They offered up a form for us to request a partial refund. We provided what they asked in order to move forward with that and this is were we got stonewalled. No further communication. The concierge could clearly see our WhatsApp messages and did respond once. Tried to be polite and told them this review was coming. Their management just does not care. Pay for a listed amenity then get ignored. That will be the last time we stay there. The place was average in all other aspects so you will definitely get the same but better at another place. Should not discount the employees ever, it’s clear they put in all their best efforts. It’s management and their lack of accountability. We were not the only ones in the hotel having ac issues. One of the other couples we went with after hearing my findings discovered their completely clogged filter in their ac system. Enjoy the pictures. I’ve been politely showing them to their management and concierge every time I communicated to them. Crickets. Here will come their response tho.

Dissatisfied
When we arrived after a long flight and drive at the front desk for check in we were told that only one person was checking in and had to wait for about 45 minutes. A second person behind the desk said they could only help with check outs and called two young girls that were behind us to supposedly check them out but they were actually being checked in and they all laughed at us among themselves. We saw those two young girls the whole time we were there at the resort. The food at the restaurants was horrible! Do not expect any fine dining or good quality drinks. Rooms are worn down! The only thing we liked was our ocean view from our balcony. I do not recommend this resort!

Great Value, Excellent Staff
This property was a great value, especially for the ocean front rooms! The service was awesome but the food was average.

HONEST Review - barely a 3* - not worth it
Went with 3 Friends and have been to many All Inclusive Resorts and here is a quick review; Plus - close to Airport; Adult only; Great Service provided by Staff Esp - Antonia (Main Pool) + Daniel Front Lobby who cared + actually try to fix our issues Deltas - the Hotel is very worn and feels like the 70's Show with the expectation that Elvis would actually show up; Certainly not a 4 * barely a 3 * but beds were comfy. Check in took a while and they should have someone but not Anna who cannot speak english; Oceanview actually mean a sliver of oceanview - but overlooking red clay tennis courts in back; could not accommodate 2 rooms next to each other or on same floor or in same bldg; main bathrooms in lobby Broken - could not be fixed for days; most times public bathrooms had paper but dirty; food was ok - Omelettes delicious -great job!; entertainment at night across the street not good; filled with kids from neighboring resort; no live music in lobby bar but only once per week; beach is swimmable but be careful; Restaurants reservations are like a lottery try to book at 9 am but either booked or closed - then if you are lucky to get in - half empty; Very disappointed when you save your $$ for Fun in the Sun and have to wait another year - with the many MX guests I should have learned more Spanish + Bubba Gumps at Airport OVERPRICED 2 shared small plates + 4 beers over $2000 pesos = $160 CAD $ + Tip - YIKES!!!
