Apr 01, 2026Lovely hotel although tired in places, and fabulous staff.
Me and hubby came here for my 50th, we were made to feel special by the staff in the private bar area in tower 2. A special shout out to Jerry and Maria for the fabulous breakfast vibes!! Jerry knew my morning coffee, I never had to ask after the first morning and always knew I’d want a second cup so gave me lager mugs 🤣I’ll miss the tequila vibes on a morning Jerry!! Lol Also a special shout out to Raphael on the evenings, knew our drinks, refilled without being asked, made out stay welcoming, gutted he had to move to the steakhouse on our last evening. Thankyou Maria for the Spanish lessons, I know more phrases to learn my grandson ☺️

Outstanding service!!
Angel del la Rosa and Alberto were our waiters at the buffet. They were amazing! They went above and beyond, if I could choose their section every time I would love it!

Maria and Jerry were awesome. They made us feel very welcome and every morning brought smiles to our faces.

The hotel was good overall. It's definitely a family resort, although adults and couples have their own privacy like adult only pool. The food was over average. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The biggest problem was the room. The floor was outdated and the bathtub were very naively painted. How on earth a bathtub can be painted?!!!!! The walls were so thin that we could hear what the next door people were talking about. The lightning was also poor.
