    Awesome April Vacay

    I had read numerous reviews before coming and was a bit nervous. Everything was perfect! Room was great, shower pressure/hot water plentiful. Very clean resort. Food was great, I’m fussy and always found lots to eat! (Ice cream and Diet Pepsi were a plus) Christopher from Italian restaurant was wonderful and Luis at the adult pool bar was awesome.. kept the drinks flowing. I would 100% come back. Great for families and even if your not traveling with kids.

    Love this place!!

    I can not say enough about the staff that works here!! They all go out of their way to get whatever you need. The best bartenders Leon, Gabe and Luis hands down. The best ever bell boy as always.... Jesus!!!! Always look forward to coming back

    Tropical Relaxation

    The resort was great and there were always options for things to do and see. All Of the staff here was amazing. The bellman, Jesus, that worked with us recognized us after the first meeting and took care of everything we asked for. On the second day I asked about an extra pillow and blanket and even though it wasn’t his “job” they were in the room when I went back.

    We will return in the future.

    Outdated rooms in Tower 2 but we can see they are working on it. Food was great. Service was great. Lucia, our table server, was amazing. Very friendly. Rubi, Leon, Luis Alberto & Gabriel were very friendly as well. We will be back..
