My friend and I chose to stay here for one night for a Disney trip/evening event and the hotel didn’t disappoint. It is close enough to Disney to be convenient and we had a nice room. Jose greet us at the front desk and he was super helpful and kind!

READ THE REVIEWS. Other then Jose at the front desk, you will absolutely regret being at this establishment, we stayed two nights out of the 6 booked. Well actually didn't stay the second night, we left when we changed rooms for the third time and went to Sheraton next door, because of roaches and other insects in the third room they gave us. Trust me people, yes its not very expensive, but also believe that because its not expensive ALL three rooms they gave us were horrible, two out of three had roaches and insects!

if I could give a zero, I would.
During my stay here, my experience was horrid. First, as I arrived me and my other co coaches (here for cheer comp nationals) had needed to shower after my long drive here (20 hours) and their plane flight. We all experienced a shower that felt like you were showering in a tropical rainforest—-except you were standing in a dirt and puddle mixture that came out of your clogged drain. Whilst feeling disgusted after that experience, it took almost a full day for hotel services to unclog the drain so we could have a proper shower. After that extravaganza, our room was never cleaned and there were stains, hairs, etc in the bed sheets and all over the floor. We could tell that the bed sheets weren’t switched out between customers. A friend of ours that was staying at this hotel also had moved her bed sheets around and found a used rubber from a previous customer. And when you think all is said and done, you don’t get a break. I and my other roommates have to leave early in the morning. We called all day for a box of tissues and towels at the least. It took three phone calls and a trip to the front desk to finally get something. The halls are littered with trash, there’s weird smells everywhere, and there’s barely workers at the front desk or at the hotel. Overall, for the price I had to pay for this hotel, this was an outrageously frustrating experience when it should’ve been relaxing and comforting. Do yourself a favor and research before booking here. Good Luck.

Fantabulous
Stay at the Marriot every time I pop into Disney for a Couple days, looooove the room , love the Starbucks comp card every morning but as much as I loooove the accommodations they are only outdone by the Fantstic front desk personal,they were over the top friendly, a lost art these days. Specifically Jose and Kelly Anne were wonderful the minute I walked in the door throughout the stay!!!! AWESOMTASTIC STAFF!!!

3rd Married Retreat celebration.
I want to say thank you to John and the front desk staff. Jose, Jennifer, Patrice. Victoria is an All Star. Making this 3rd marry retreat possible for the 3rd time. We love this place so much, we are looking forward to come back for the 4th one. Very clean all over.
