  Horrible experience

  Room service steals from you here! I would avoid this hotel. I had the worst experience starting right after my check in. The only thing I was pleased about was they allowed me to check in early, but because of this, they gave me a dirty room , toilet had a stain, when I called they sent someone who came with just a rag, she proceeded to clean the toilet with said rag and no spray. Then used the same rag to wipe the sink for no reason. So after this I decided to clean the toilet myself ( lucky I had Lysol spray) I cleaned the toilet and the sink , washed my hands a million times in between , so now the water in the sink would not go down. I was getting overwhelmed so I was like let me just shower. Well guess what, the shower had red hair and noticeable build up in the corner and to make it worse, no hot water . I couldn’t believe it. So I went to the front desk. In tears at this point, the agent was nice and was switching my room and told the manager he wanted to send maintenance to my new room to make sure everything was copacetic. The manager Saudy ( who was the same mgr that sent the woman to clean my toilet ) looked at me and said “ well we accommodated you with an early check in and we have a big group coming in” even the rep. put a look of shock on his face . I looked at her and said “ so because I am traveling alone and not in a big group that I should have to deal with a dirty room and no hot water” . She then replied with “we have hot water”. So she called me a liar essentially. I chose not to reply and just looked back at the agent and requested the room change and said it was fine maintenance didn’t need to come and if I didn’t have hot water their either I would let them know. So new room so much cleaner. You could even smell that it was cleaned , the other room was musty… so I didn’t call cuz everything was fine even tho I spent the next hours crying and upset and wanting to leave. I am injured and didn’t want to spend thanksgiving alone at home crying so I went there to have a relaxed weekend of doing nothing and hanging by the pool but at the point I just wanted to shut the world out. So I spent my thanksgiving in bed. The next day I left my room , went to Starbucks and went I went back to my room ( after rook service - serviced it ) I took a shower and was about to leave again and I noticed my door stopper was gone. Room service stole it. It does not matter what it is , they took something that was not theirs so that is stealing …. I went back to the front desk and they did nothing but take my complaint and phone number. The rep called me back and told me they found a door stopper- it was not mine, I informed him that my aunt who passed away October 1st. gave me that door stopper and having it when I travel makes me feel like she’s the one protecting me and that I really needed it back for my mental health. They assured me they would get it back but did not and said well it’s just a door stopper . But it’s not just a door stopper. So now I have a mini door stopper that they gave me and now im back home and this door stopper doesn’t even fit under my door at home or in the hall which I need to hold open the door especially cuz im injured and its heavy when im doing laundry. But nope , and they don’t even care. Because “it’s just a door stopper “ sad thing is that’s the only thing I had that gave me. I know it sounds silly to you but that door stopper truly made me feel like she’s was the one keeping me safe when I travel. Traveling alone is nerve wrecking especially as woman and now my comfort is forever gone… and they could care less. Horrible horrible…. Oh and their “heated pool” ice cold…. Buildings look old , elevators haven’t been cleaned in years. Pool furniture stained. No clue how this hotel is a four star hotel. ( only reason I originally booked ) I wish I took more pictures. Didn’t take a pic of the original mark on the toilet - that was the first thing so I didn’t think of it cuz I didn’t think I would have to write this extensive complaint. I have never written a complaint like this before.

  The hotel was great, especially the representative named, Aiya, who was very sweet, kind, and generous. Wonderful experience in this hotel.

  Hotel weekend fun!

  From the moment we arrived, Kim, the manager, made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. It was my daughter’s birthday, and I wanted to surprise her with a fun hotel experience. Kim made sure it was memorable from start to finish. Because of her kindness and professionalism, we would definitely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Orlando. Highly recommend!

  Amazing stay

  My friend and I stayed for the weekend, and it was such a sweet treat! We had an amazing stay. the staff was friendly and quick to respond. Kim was especially wonderful. she provided all the information we needed for our stay and was so helpful with any questions we had. We’d definitely come back again!

  Not a Nice Hotel - Staff is not helpful

  I will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. During our stay, there was an electrical fire in the early morning hours. When the fire alarm went off, we were told it was just a test and not to worry. Later, we found out there was an actual electrical fire in the panel right outside our room. Even after contacting Marriott Corporate, we received no refund or compensation, and the General Manager never followed up, despite saying multiple times that he would call. This experience was not only stressful but also unsafe and handled very poorly. I expected much better from Marriott.
