Nov 03, 20243rd Married Retreat celebration.
I want to say thank you to John and the front desk staff. Jose, Jennifer, Patrice. Victoria is an All Star. Making this 3rd marry retreat possible for the 3rd time. We love this place so much, we are looking forward to come back for the 4th one. Very clean all over.

Oct 21, 2024A really disappointing experience.
Not the lovely Courtyard of 20yrs ago. How things have changed! Although upgraded to a suite, it was not very inviting, dark throughout. Breakfast was an absolutely disaster! $40.86 for a self service breakfast in a messy, untidy, under staffed, was just too much. Selection of goods on offer was hit or miss. If the orange juice was finished, it wasnt replaced, if the white bread was finished, it was not replaced, croissants disappeared quickly never to be seen again. Fresh fruit each morning consisted of two types of melon, sometimes if you were lucky you just might be in time to grab some pineapple. Waffle mixture left splattered all over the counter, never cleaned up, coffee spilled all over the counter, never cleaned up. Cereal choice was awful, really suited more towards children than adults. When we complained we were given vouchers to be used at the Blend cafe (Starbucks) however we found this useless, they opened in the morning from 7am - 12 sometimes not at all. We are on our holidays and dont need to be up and about a 7am, and after having a breakfast of sorts, and going out, we were not going to come back to Courtyard for a free coffee at starbucks before twelve.. On at least 3 of our days in the Courtyard, this Cafe was not staffed at all. So vouchers of no use whatsoever. Cleaning staff were useless, on three occasions our bed was not made, when Housekeeping made aware, we were told, sorry short staffed. Hand towels were taken from sink, but not replaced. Had to ask for bath towels. Would I stay here again, definitely not, it was no better than a 3star motel. To add insult to injury, a resort fee of 78.75 added to account, plus if you were driving a 24 dollar a day charge - why - the hotel could not operate without its customers most of whom drive. Just another way of grabbing money. Should say this Courtyard was a Lake Beuna Vista - Vista Centre. 8501 Palm Parkway, Orlando.

HIDDEN GEM
This place is in a great location. Right off the highway 4… close to all parks within a 10 to 15 minute drive. This place is well lit, clean, quiet, pool with lounge area outside. staff very hospitable. Free parking and no resort fee. This place is a HIDDEN GEM!

Great service
I want to personally thank Jose and Travis. This is a huge courtyard and the workload at the front desk is demanding but they are always in good spirits and so accommodating. So appreciated, especially while you are staying because of a hurricane and life is a little extra stressful

Extended stay during hurricane Milton
Just checking out after hurricane Milton, after an extended stay due to the hurricane. Under such conditions just want to praise the impeccable customer service of this hotel and their staff which worked tirelessly to make the experience much more enjoyable and less stressful. Thank you to Kelly, Jose, Travis and the rest of the staff. Very grateful and I’d recommend staying here under your care anytime.
