I chose this hotel because it was walkable from LAX. Given the shuttle schedule (25-30 minutes at unspecified times), it can be faster to walk than to wait. The room was spacious, but VERY dated. The outlets near the wall was so old and loose that my plugs fell out of them. The hairdryer in my room did not work. When I had internet connection issues, it took the front desk 10 minutes to get the number for tech support. The guest elevators looked and felt like freight elevators. I would not describe the staff (at the front desk and at the bistro) as either friendly or helpful. When I asked the person at the bistro (at around 8:55pm) what time the bistro was to close, the answer was "I'd say maybe in 15 minutes." Was there no fixed closing time? Overall, a really disappointing experience in what felt like dingy facilities. Definitely do not recommend and will not return.

The Courtyard Los Angeles/LAX was an outstanding hotel! The staff were amazing - all were so very friendly, professional, kind, helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very clean, had ample parking, and excellent security. Our room was amazing...very large, super clean, and very comfortable. The two king sized beds in our room were extremely comfortable and everyone got a great night's sleep. I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel and its amazing staff were! I highly recommend it and would most definitely stay there again!

LAX Airport Courtyard Hotel on Century Blvd.
Very nice hotel close to LAX. Check in was smooth. There were several arrivals at the same time, but the desk staff handled everyone quickly and professionally. Our desk agent was Miguel Carag. He thanked us for our many previous stays at Courtyard hotels and offered us a free upgrade. Since our flight was late afternoon the next day, he worked to give us a late checkout which was nice. We appreciated his desire to help. Miguel is a great representative for Courtyard. — Our room was excellent…clean, well appointed, and very quiet considering it is right next to LAX airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nov 07, 2024Good selection for an airport hotel - comfortable and convenient
Good for a overnight stay if you need to be close to the terminal. Rooms are quiet, clean and the bed is comfortable. There isn't much around in the area for dining - however the Lobby Bistro serves a good selection of basic eats/wines & Beers. On arrival in the afternoon we dropped our luggage at the hotel then proceeded on to return our rental car - the walk back took us about 30 mins. There are complimentary bus shuttles to the terminals every 20 - 30 mins. We just missed one when we came down in the morning so decided to walk - took us 15 minutes!

Easy
Very easy and professional. Quiet room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast bar. Made a difficult trip otherwise very easy. Avacado toast and oatmeal highly recommended. Decent free coffee. Generous water given to thirsty me. Enjoyed my few hours here
