Miguel and Daniel provide the most friendly service I have ever received. They treat you as friends instead of guests. Create place to get away and meet fun welcoming people.

Nov 28, 2025Disappointing Stay — Not What I Expected
I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I felt it was necessary to share my experience so others know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, I noticed several details that didn’t match what the hotel advertises or the rates they charge. The room had small traces of dirt that suggested the cleaning had been rushed, there was a strange smell when I walked in, and the bedding didn’t seem freshly changed. The staff was polite, but not very willing to help. I asked about a few issues, and the answers I received were vague, as if there wasn’t much interest in actually resolving them. The facilities definitely need maintenance: there were constant noises in the hallway, the hot water took forever to come out, and several appliances were only partially working. Nothing disastrous, but it all gave a general feeling of neglect. I requested assistance at the front desk, and although they said they would look into it, I never received a clear solution. Considering the price, the value for money falls far short of expectations. There are better options in the area for the same cost — or even less. In short, it wasn’t a good experience, and I personally wouldn’t return.

A couple of days in paradise
Excellent service. Very kind staff. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Aruba as a whole is an spectacular country.

Cool Calm and Casual
Friendly front desk ( especially Glen) and resort staff, wonderful and relaxing atmosphere, and close proximity to the high-rise action. Nice size main pool and an additional in-pool bar. Provided free shuttle service to beach throughout the day. Restaurants were pleasant alternatives to eating out everyday. We will be back.
- AdvisoryMarriott’s Aruba Ocean Club will be undergoing the soft goods villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate some construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
