Can't beat the location. Easy walk to the park (7 minutes). Typical courtyard with elevated rooms and experience. Easy to get a room for a family of 4 as well. Nice pool. Nice kids area at the pool.

Outstanding service from Josephine at the gift shop
Josephine at the gift shop is absolutely wonderful. She is very friendly, patient, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Every time I visit, she makes the experience easy and pleasant by taking the time to answer questions and make sure customers find exactly what they need. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stand out. She creates a welcoming atmosphere and represents the gift shop in a very professional and caring way. The best comfort right next to Disneyland!
Check-in staff was friendly and very helpful with helping us pick the best room available to meet our preferences. Avery was very helpful with our luggage and nice to chat with about the hotel and nearby recommendations. The room and bed were super comfortable to get a great sleep before visiting the park. Hotel food options and markets are also great. Had a great stay!

Peter P. Was amazing, and we had a great stay.
Wonderful stay and have to give a huge shoutout to Peter P. who met us at the car and got us to our room. He went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly and welcoming and brightened up our whole day, absolutely set the tone for a fun weekend. Keep it up Peter!

Great service
Great service from employees when entering the building. We also got all of our bags brought up very professionally to our room
- AdvisoryThe city of Anaheim is still struggling to employ enough staff to keep up with the demand of the area. Due to this we are still not offering full service housekeeping until the 3rd night of the stay. If a guest requests a full service each day, or extra towels, linens or trash to be taken out we will honor their request. everything will be updated once the things will be change.
- AdvisoryA minimum Valet parking fee of $40.00 plus tax per car, per night, will be charged and collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out. This hotel only has valet parking, no self-parking is allowed. The fee is subject to change without prior notice.
