    Great service

    Always love a friendly check-in and a fast check-in, especially when they’re allowing us to check in early so we can make a show. Can’t thank them enough for that. The room was clean and well equipped with every modern convenience. Would recommend any travel.

    3x's stay 3x's no wifi - Every Blower makes very loud noises. Won't come back

    Very disappointed, BR fan very noisy, tub unusable, AC Unit very noisy, NO WIFI - 3xhere, 3x no wifi. This day and age having no wifi is unacceptable, they know its a problem but refuse to fix it. Breakfast and Desk staff were great! The bathroom door natural swings open, which interferes with main door entry making entry into the room a big challenge every time we left the room. Too many room noises to sleep, very uncomfortable stay

    Will not recommend

    Enough is enough I have waiting since June to receive a refund from this hotel. Currently have been waiting 3 days for a phone call from the General Manager. Long story short Arrived in town with my family to decorate for a wedding was told the hotel was newly renovated on the phone, clearly not true there was holes in the bathroom door. I ended up having an allergy attack due to cigarette and weed smoke all on the 2nd floor told the front desk nothing was done but said I don’t know why people smoke in here. Also we were awakened by a man beating his girlfriend in the next room for almost an hour. I tried to hold off and give them a chance to make things right but I will be calling The Better Business Bureau

    Great Experience

    The hotel was nice, very cozy, rooms were nice and clean. The hotel was located in a quiet part of town. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful greenery, the pool was nice and relaxing. Worth the stay in Panama City!

    Nice hotel. Good stop over

    Lovely hotel. Nice rooms. Our room had a spa tub, it was nice but the bubbles didn't work. It was the first day they were offering breakfast, very little to choose from. But no big deal. Plenty of good restaurants close by.
