Terrible service and attitude. We requested an early check-in long before our arrival. We were open to paying extra or switching rooms; we just needed a place to rest after a long trip with children. The hotel staff promised both in writing and verbally to do their best to help. In reality, they did NOTHING. They didn't even try to assist us. We were forced to sit in the lobby with our kids from 8 AM until 4 PM. I am convinced that if the reception staff actually cared, they could have prioritized cleaning our room once it was vacated. It's impossible to believe there were no options for 8 hours. The staff is unprofessional and completely lacked any desire to help. Avoid this place if you value hospitality." Only at 3 PM did they finally remember to offer us an alternative room, something we had asked for several times already. The staff simply couldn't be bothered. The girls at the front desk didn't even try to help or check with their manager for any possible solutions." However, the room they offered was of inferior quality, so by that time, it made no sense to accept it. It was clear that the staff simply didn't want to deal with us earlier and never bothered to consult with their management for a solution. It is hard to believe that in 8 hours, there were no better options. This level of indifference is unprofessional and unacceptable."

Horrible guest relations, AVOID at ALL costs, stay at Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, or elsewhere in S. Florida!
Unfortunately, 24 hours after booking a last-minute getaway to Florida, my business experienced a fire (literally, the building caught fire.) I appealed to the property to allow us to cancel without a penalty, as a courtesy this one-time. Perhaps even a credit for a future stay would have sufficed. Instead, we were swiftly disregarded by a Guest Services Associate. We were told (regarding the one nightpenalty) that "this is more than fair, no exception will be granted, and do not bother talking to the Front Desk Manager, they're in agreement." The heartless tone, non-existant hospitality, and overall interaction made what could've been a kind and redeeming gesture, into another terrible byproduct of this Kitchen Fire that our business is recovering from. Given the response to these unforeseen and tragic circumstances, this property and the wider Conrad brand has lost a guest. I've traveled to almost every 5-star property in S. Florida, this does not meet the expectations, not even by a long shot.

We had an amazing experience for My Birthday mini stay with family. This location is absolutely the perfect getaway. what made our experience exceptional was the enter-action with staff members from the chat to check-in. Nikolle, treated us like queens. Although it was my birthday my family enjoyed every minute of it.

The most perfect luxery stay with my family :)!
Our stay at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and perfectly situated right on the beach, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the level of service. Adam at the beach delivered truly top-tier service—attentive, friendly, and proactive without ever being intrusive. His professionalism and care elevated our beach experience to a true five-star level and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The front desk and bellhop teams were equally impressive. From arrival to departure, every interaction was warm, efficient, and polished. They set the tone for a luxury stay and handled everything seamlessly. One of the most delightful surprises was the unexpected room refresh and turndown service. Returning to a beautifully prepared room in the evening was such a thoughtful touch and reinforced the Conrad’s attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort. This hotel delivers exactly what you expect from a luxury brand—and then goes beyond it. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful details throughout. We can’t wait to return.

A Really Nice Destination location
Our favorite hotel in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area. Two outstanding restaurants, great service and nice accomadations. We enjoy the suite that is poolside and just kicking back during g our stay.
