We stayed there for two nights, "room category Studio 2 Queen Ocean Front". Positives: - The room was clean, stylish, high floor (18th), large bathroom. - You can hear the ocean all day long, especially during the night. - The Japanese/Korean restaurant is very good and has inside- and outside tables. - Front desk staff was friendly. Negatives: - Breakfast (in their Japanese restaurant) begins at 8am, no buffet, you have to order everything. - The Japanese/Korean restaurant is crowded and you should make a reservation. The alternative, an Italian restaurant, is quite empty, and for a reason... - We were entitled for a free continental breakfast, due to Platinum Elite status, but they made it very difficult to actually get this: no information at all, how and where this should be served... - The street between hotel and ocean is very loud, sometimes also during the night. - The bed was way too soft, not basck-friendly... - They only offer valet parking (the guy there was not very friendly) and it costs 62 USD per night (!!) - There is not much to do in walking distance, if you don't want to go to the beach.

We had a pool suite which was quite nice. Big bedroom and separate living room with full kitchen. Excellent housekeeping. The pool Is small and absolutely overrun with screaming children. Don’t expect to relax and read a book. Pools chairs need new cushions as the ones they have are very tired and uncomfortable. Pool staff is plentiful and attentive. Beach is a quieter choice. We rented a daybed which was comfortable. Beach staff was good. Ate at both hotel restaurants which were good — not amazing, but good enough. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. May not stay here again for the simple fact that they do not offer an adult pool. Cabanas are not worth the $ as they gain you little privacy or exclusivity. They are still on the main pool deck and are surrounded by the masses of children.

Love the Conrad. Professional consistent service. The beach personnel are awesome. Such personalized service and great attitudes Eddie was awesome So welcoming and friendly. Cant say enough about the entire Conrad experience!!!

Great Staff, Tired Hotel Room
We stayed here a few weeks back. Staff is excellent and on top of everything. Highly recommend Takato restaurant. We ate here twice. That said, this hotel is in need of an update. 2 Bedroom suite is worn & tired. Pool facilities while pleasant could also use a little updating. Otherwise location is great.
