Oct 21, 2025Bad customer service
The lady who answered the phone was very rude and made unnecessary comments. When I called to cancel due to an emergency, she said, “You should know better,” in a very unpleasant tone. I completely understand if there is a cancellation policy and would have respected it, but there was no reason to be rude or dismissive. The manager doesn’t seem to care either. Very disappointing experience — I will never stay here again.

Great hotel in very quiet safe area with plenty of parking. Lovely pool with other seating area and fire pit. All staff from check in desk to breakfast area and cleaning staff were very pleasant to deal with, good breakfast (hot & cold) - would definitely stay again whilst visiting from the UK.

Greta place at an affordable price
Just a one night stay for a family of 4. We got the suite with the kind sized bed and pull out couch and both sleeping options were comfortable. Place was clean and well kept and parking was easy. Front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful. Easy access to 75 and I would recommend this place and stay again if needed.

Florida atrip
I have to say last year we stayed here and our room was huge we was expecting the same this year, it was not. It's still a really nice place to stay. The contintal breakfast was good, but who made even better YVONNE!!!!! She always has everything out and ready to go good hot food, she always has a smile on her face, she was there last year when we came. Thank you YVONNE!!!!

Our stay was nice. Hotel is in a quiet location. Interior is very quiet. The back of the hotel faces the pool and a manmade lake with a small water feature. If you would like a pretty view request a room facing the lake, but not the pool. Breakfast was just okay. There were all the standards: hot entree, waffle machine, cereals, etc. However there was no creativity to the presentation so everything looked blah. I definitely appreciate the hot breakfast but the presentation was lacking. Extras such as cream cheese, peanut butter, bagels would have been nice. Pool is a nice size but if there are more than 20 people in the pool area it is very crowded. A nice feature is a separate sitting area which overlooks the manmade lake. We were happy to see birds such as spoonbills, herons and egrest which was very nice. Hotel was clean although it seemed like certain things weren't attended to on a regular basis like replacing pool towels, cleaning up in the pool area. I wish I could give the hotel a higher rating but it lacks that extra special something. We stayed 6 nights. With extra effort this could be a great hotel. We would though consider staying here in the future.
