  Amazing family vacation with kiteboarding/kids club/restaurants trifecta

  We’ve been visiting coconut bay every year since my younger son was 1 and he’s now 10! A long due review is in order. For us this resort is the perfect combination of kiteboarding, kids club , amazing restaurants, and incredibly kind and gracious staff. A huge shout out to the kite shack crew and cocoland kids club staff for making us feel like family! Linus, Stan, Jeremy, Andre, Notis, Trish, Zana thank you so much for all these years!

  Seven wonderful days at Coconut Bay Beach Resort

  My wife and I stayed for seven days in the Harmony adults only area of the resort. We had a very nice room overlooking the park like area between the building and the ocean. The resort is right on the ocean and immaculately maintained. The food in the main dining is wonderful. We ate there many times, always planning to eat lightly but couldn't resist the many tasty offerings. The resort's four specialty restaurants provide excellent food and service for a pleasurable evening's night out. We lounged around the pool area most of the time but did walk down to the Paradise Beach end of the resort where there is a small Tiki bar and plenty of beach chairs in the shade. And we take a half day catamaran half day motor/sail trip to see the Pitons. They are on the western side of the island where the ocean is fairly quiet so we had smooth sailing. A key feature of the resort is it's people. Everyone was very very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the Coconut Bay Resort for a winter get away

  Can not wait to return!

  I don’t even even know where to start from the minute, we were picked up from airport in the free shuttle and brought to the hotel. Our experience here has been nothing short of perfection! We were greeted on arrival with a welcome drink, and a cold towel, which after stepping off a plane into the heat after a 9 hour flight was a welcoming site. The staff absolutely make this hotel what it is,they are all incredibly helpful, tentative, and friendly. Bedroom The bedroom was a decent size spotlessly clean, and our cleaner Queency did an amazing job every day cleaning the room and we loved her little notes of inspiration she would leave after each visit. Pool The main pool had the best swim up bar, with seats and tables not just at the bar but dotted around the bar area, a nice way to sit in the pool while sipping on a cocktail. The bar was ran incredibly friendly bar staff who make a fantastic cocktail, my personal favorites were a coconut cloud and dirty banana! The lazy river is a nice touch also, although my child was too small for the slides it looked like the other children were enjoying them. We took part in the aqua aerobics when it was on in the other pool, which was led by the most flexible man I have ever seen in my life !!. He made the sessions a good workout, but also good fun and had one hell of a soundtrack to work out to. Food Wow wow wow …the food regardless of where you dine is good quality ,tasty well presented with plenty of choice. We dinned at several of the à la carte ( Asian, vegetarian, Caribbean & Italian) restaurants as well as the main buffet, the pool snack restaurant ( flip flops) and the jerk treehouse. The Asian. - my god the sushi was spectacular Vegetarian - never in my life have I had a tastier vegi lasagna! Caribbean - shrimp curry was tasty, big portion with a little kick! Italian - lamb shank was incredibly tasty. The meat fell off the bone. The portion was ridiculously big. I could not finish it. It was exceptional. Flip flops Fresh pizza made to order with your choice of toppings. The dough was fresh. The ingredients were tasty . They also had plenty of options such as burgers, salads, sandwiches, and chicken wings etc The jerk treehouse house - this is an absolute genius touch of detail, for a quick snack it has to be the treehouse, serving jerk chicken, pork & sausage with sides as an option. One of my favorites ( they also sell the sauces in the gift shop upstairs ) Main buffet restaurant - good choice, each evening was a different theme so you never felt like you were repeatedly eating same dishes. At lunch time still a good choice with lots of made to order dishes so you’re not just having food that’s sat in a hot plate for ages (Teddy does the best smashed burger you will have! ) Entertainment The animation team were nonstop whether they’re playing music by the pool, doing games on main stage or teaching dances in the lobby. Their efforts are very much noticed again always with a smile on their face some genuinely lovely people. We were lucky enough to be here for several nights where dinner was by the poolside with entertainment on the main stage. If you are lucky enough to be here for the ‘boots, booze and boogie’ night where dinner was a BBQ theme with a performance on main stage , I highly recommended to partake not only was the BBQ food lovely but it was accompanied with a country n western singer and band, They were incredible ! “Let’s paint” my little on loved this and we came home with 4 canvas paintings she’d done herself, Eno was at the hotel 3 days a week and she just loved it. She is only 4 but we are pretty certain this memory and moment created her first feeling of pride as she carried the paintings everywhere ( tried to take them to bed) $15 for a child lesson ( $20 for an adult) it is 100% worth it if you or your child is a little crafty and wants to take home a souvenir with memory and meaning.

  Just the Best

  Coconut Bay is wonderful. The staff are the best. Their kindness, efficiency, and joy in what they do and how they treat visitors is totally genuine. The activities are abundant and so well organized and such fun. The amenities, the food, and the accommodations are also top notch. This was our second annual "girls" trip, which will be followed by #3 next year.
