Special needs
Certainly, here's a revised version of your statement: "During my stay, Mr. Dingcho Ortiz provided exceptional assistance as the establishment lacked elevators and I struggled with carrying my luggage up the stairs. Mr. Ortiz was incredibly accommodating with special requests and went above and beyond to help. I'm truly grateful for his assistance!"

Mainly positive, top staff
Just returned from a 2 week stay at Coco key, using it as a base whilst doing all the park days. Overall impression of resort is very positive, as with all places has certain issues but nothing to ruin the stay. The staff were all super friendly, polite and very helpful. Sheets , cleaning and towels were done daily. Area round round resort was tidy. A few minor issues I noted were onsite shop bit expensive, the resultant for an evening meal was not a great selection and when we tried it food was poor. With the main guest pool having no lifeguard, people do take the piss, few times so people smoking by pool. Pool bar shuts at 18.00 so if you fancy a late drink by the pool you have to bring your own. Shuttle service to universal gets very busy as it picks up from several resorts, especially on return journey when it can become fiesty trying to get on. We used Uber which was the best transport for us. Overall I would say it need a bit updating but can not really say it was not a pleasant stay. The staff were great and a big plus. I would recommend staying here and will consider it again on our next trip to the usa, one day.

Nice hotel for family’s
Lovely hotel, great amenities, reliable shuttle service to universal and always space. The room was well equipped though the sofa bed needed replacing. When we arrived we were given a choice of room and we opted to stay in the 6 story building. Reception staff were extremely please t and couldn’t do enough to help! We felt well cared for so thank you 😁 Buffet breakfast in the on-site restaurant was tasty and plentiful. My only complaint was the chemical burn to my face I received from the over chlorinated hot tub. I have sensitive skin and 10 mins in the tub left my face burning and red for 4 days

Not safe and they don't realize the severity of it.
I just had the family next door walk into my room while I was in the restroom and when I explained my situation to the front desk woman she didn't seem care. It's an embarrassing situation that's also unsafe. I left my items unattended on multiple occasions and I had no idea it wasn't safe to do so.

Good 3 star hotel in the centre of the action with a fab waterpark
Me and my husband decided to book a cheap last minute break here with our 9 year old daughter. Having been to Florida a few times previously I hope people feel I’m in a good position to write a balanced review. For context we’ve previously stayed at 4 & 5 star resorts (Vista Cay, Bahama Bay, Regal Oaks, Regal Palms, The Grove & Hard Rock Hotel Universal). Positives: - Central location, lots of restaurants on your doorstep - Plenty of parking - Great waterpark - Lovely cocktails - Friendly staff - Starbucks on site - Air-con in room worked well - Room was clean and maid service daily - An abundance of pool towels so no need to take your own - Always sunbeds available - Close to Universal - Fridge, iron and ironing board in room Negatives: - Air-con in room was pretty loud but we got used to it - Room was quite dated and lacked proper closet space so it became very messy very quickly - Gym was small and only opened at 6:30am despite being told it was 24/7. I also saw a lot of kids messing around in there with no adult supervision and no staff monitoring this - Shop on site was pricey Overall we enjoyed our week here and we would go back if the price was right. I’d say if you’re paying more than $150 per night for a 2 double bed room then it’s probably too much. If you’ve already booked, go and enjoy it, take it for what it is, a 3 star basic hotel with a fab little waterpark in the centre of the action and don’t expect too much and you won’t be disappointed :)
