The rooms were very spacious for a family of 4. The kids loved the heated pools and the water park. The resort had many food options and was pleasantly surprised with a Starbucks in our building. One thing that could use improvement would be the electrical in our room, I turned off the switch for the light and then the tv would turn off and one of the outlets. Other than that our stay was great.

VACATION
I have to say it was a different kind of trip. We were just passing through, but we decided to stay longer because we liked the hotel so much. The common areas were clean, there was a water park and recreational areas for the Children. I must also mention that the housekeeping service was excellent l; the cleaning Lady was very attentive and friendly. The rooms are now in great condition. We will be back

Very good
Excellent location. The room not big. But good pool and waterpark. Shuttle bus to the parks makes it a plus. Many restaurants around to choose from. Friendly and respectful staff.

Exceptional Staff Member, Disappointing Rooms and Amenities
I want to start by acknowledging the one bright spot of our stay, which was the exceptional service we received from a front desk associate named Nordine. I may be misspelling his name, but he was genuinely helpful, attentive, and kind. On our first night, our original room was much smaller than expected, the TV did not work, and the room felt grimy. When I brought this to Nordine’s attention, he immediately switched our room and personally escorted me to the new one to ensure it was a better fit for my party. His customer service was truly appreciated. That said, there were several concerns worth noting. The beds in both rooms were listed as “Standard Queen,” but after measuring them, they were actually smaller than a full-size bed. While this is obviously not something staff can control, I feel it is important to mention for other guests, especially couples, older adults, or anyone needing more sleeping space. Despite seeing housekeeping staff working diligently, the bathrooms in both rooms were unsettling and clearly in need of deep cleaning and replacements. The showers in particular gave us pause. While Nordine was escorting me to our new room, another guest stopped him to report that their TV was not working and that there were ants crawling on their table. Nordine attempted to lighten the moment by saying, “this is Florida,” but the guest did not find it humorous, and understandably so. Unfortunately, I did not do my due diligence in confirming the hours for the water park, and we were unable to access it during our two-day stay. The smaller water area we did visit had noticeable stains around the perimeter of the pool, whether from sun damage or something else, and it was unsightly. The lobby itself is very deceiving, as it presents far better than the guest rooms and amenities. My daughter is usually a great sport, but even she could not hide her discomfort, especially regarding the shower. Overall, if you are considering this hotel, I strongly recommend carefully weighing the price point against cleanliness and amenities. Read as many recent reviews and look at current photos so you know exactly what you are paying for. I wish I had done that ahead of time. Nordine deserves recognition for doing his best in a difficult environment, but the property itself needs significant attention.
