    Incredible value!! Beautiful and clean!

    Loved this resort! We stay in a lot of high end resorts, and so we were a little bit scared about our booking here by reading some of the more negative reviews. Unless you are incredibly picky, you’ll have to be crazy not to like this place. The grounds are beautiful and meticulous. The pools are lovely, the open air lobby is beautiful and the staff are friendly and accommodating and so even though the rooms need some updating, (especially the rickety doors and bathtubs), this place perfectly suited our needs. We were here with two teenagers, and it was just a Lovely perfect stay for us. We were worried about bugs based on some of the reviews, I didn’t see a single bug of any kind in our suite the whole seven days. Air conditioning was perfect. No pushy time share folks, they offered but backed off. I love being located in the north part of the island for all the natural beauty to explore. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others. Especially considering the low price tag. This place is a bargain!

    Great place for family vacation

    We had 3 couples and 3 toddlers in a 3 bedroom. Plenty of room. Room was nice, but we got an accessible suite to get the bed configuration we needed. Beautiful grounds, food trucks on property, 2 pools, nice staff. Dam chickens need to not cockadoodledoo before 5am…but that is out of anyone’s control. A/C is 25$/day. you can get it for free if you go to a presentation. Parking was free. Just know it’s a timeshare property and they will try and talk you into a presentation. They don’t like the word no.

    Maine girl on Island Time

    We had a great trip! Family of 4, with a 2 bed 2 bath unit. Room was updated and clean. Plenty of room. Kids loved the pools, Mountain View out the back, and ocean cliff view isn’t a far walk. Hotel grounds are well kept and beautiful. We loved the princeville area. Planning to come back again for trip 3 in a couple years.

    Lovely resort!

    What a nice surprise! Beautiful grounds & friendly service. Loved the food trucks - all were delicious and reasonably priced. Our 2 bedroom was spacious, had a large lanai, and was exceptionally clean. We appreciated the air condition, which was a nominal fee. The pools were warm and not crowded, live music and entertainment were a nice touch. Laid back resort and close to everything in Princeville. We will be back.

    Beautiful grounds.

    The maintenance people do a fabulous job with the landscaping. Grounds are pristine. I do think it’s terrible that they charge a $20 per day amenities fee on top of the exchange fee and the use of credits to book. I also think it’s pretty terrible that the a/c is controlled by the office and they can turn it off if they want. The staff were all helpful and courteous.
