Feb 23, 2026Washer & dryer don’t work
Besides washer & dryer not workin, neither was dishwasher and garbage disposal. The tub in master is safety hazard, need bars to goin. It’s a huge wide jet tub, shower curtain dragged inside tub & soaking wet.

What a lovely place to spend time with family. The accommodations and ammenities were excellent. We wanted for nothing while there and our requests were quickly answered. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Filthy and dated bathroom
We rented via Air BnB from a timeshare owner - so they own the time, not the actual suite we were in. I can say the kitchen was nice, good size living room and the bed was comfortable with nice bedding. The grounds are nice. What stood out though were the old and filthy bathrooms. In one there was an inoperable jet tub that only had an option to shower in and in the other one it was a walk in shower - both had shower curtains, which always just feel dated and gross. The baseboards of the bathroom were beyond filthy (see pics). Much of the flooring throughout the Suite is puckering/lifting and in places there was actual tape on the floor. What bothered me most was when we went to the concierge desk to get our wrist bands and they tried to talk is into attending the timeshare presentation (90 minutes) I straight up said 'oh no, withholding filthy and dated our bathroom is there is NO WAY I would ever buy here'. In response the dude at the desk just said 'ok, but we will take $200 off of your air-conditioning charge if you attend'. I responded with 'not worth it as I would never buy here with how dirty our bathroom is'. I thought he would inquire about the dirty bathroom or offer to send the cleaners in, but nope...he just shrugged and tried to sell us excursions. There are way nicer places to stay on this island...we will not beback.

Beautiful property, disappointing accommodations.
The property is well groomed and beautiful. The unit we had was dirty. The floors had accumulated dirt in corners - clearly just mopped through the center normally. Check out at 10 am with most flights at night is not great - when our door lock stopped working on the last day we couldn't leave even for a last minute dip in the pool and management would not extend the check out time even one hour. There is also no way to get to a beach without driving somewhere else. I was very happy that I refused to have anything to do with Wyndham vacation sales package. Not interested in the name at all.

Nice clean comfortable space. Would work best for children to be on the bottom floor! Pool and hot tub areas create a wonderful atmosphere.
