First time stay
First time staying at the Hotel and to begin with. The stay its self was okay. I know it would’ve been better if we had gotten a better room. Stayed in RM 409 and the conditions of the room were not okay. Towel rack was completely rusted and the toilet paper holder was also rusted. The room had wallpaper or something that looked like it was piling off the wall. No fan in the bathroom. So no proper circulation in the bathroom. The shower tile looks like someone used a bunch of broken tiles and tried to make a wall with them. There is absolutely no microwave in the room and if you needed to use a microwave you have to go downstairs and use the common microwave in the middle of the lobby while the check in person stares at you and the people that are walking looking at you while you’re in your pjs after a long ass day at Disneyland. Last thing you want to do is try and warm up some food so you can relax. Housekeeping never came to the room. Even though they were support come on Wednesday Gift shop is expensive! Just DoorDash groceries for your stay instead. Overall pretty disappointing but never doing it again. Now I know why it’s a 3.3 star hotel. Compared to all the other ones around it.

Great stay
Jackie is amazing. We had a large group many rooms for the conference. Everything went smoothly and the rooms were nice.

Nice place to stay.
Nice clean hotel. Well maintained. Friendly professional staff. Short walk from Disneyland, ART shuttle to Disneyland available and stops in front of the hotel, there is a fee for the shuttle but worth the price.

Great location, affordable, comfortable room
We were so thankful to have stayed at this hotel for our trip to Anaheim. The location was great, with easy access to several stores and restaurants; Disneyland was an easy walking distance, along with being able to use the shuttle at the parking lot across the street for a shorter time on our feet. It is also right next to the convention center. The staff were helpful when we accidentally left with a rental car for an extra day, giving us a discounted parking rate. The room was well kept and comfortable; about the only issues were that the bathroom was small and the drain in the tub didn't drain too quickly. The ice machine was on a different floor, but the refrigerator kept everything very cold so it didn't melt quickly while in there.

Owners need to realize that cutting corners is not the way to save money; it shows how cheap they are and sacrifices the guest experience. The front desk reception staff need to deliver customer service throughout guests’ journey from reservations to check-out. My check-out agent was excellent and graceful, but the check-in agent was neither. The front desk supervisor needs to calm down and stop staring at guests with such a sour demeanor. Treat everyone with respect and courtesy. The morning breakfast was terrible. Condiments weren't available, and the fruits were old. Oranges are all dried up. Staff were friendly, but I felt they were tired and overworked. The housekeeping staff were friendly, but again, they were working under cost-cutting pressure. We didn't receive any housekeeping service during a three-night stay. I had to ask for a light service after verifying my room wasn't on the team’s room assignment sheet. The room was clean. Maintenance needs to replace the toilet and the non-working microwave. Having a small toilet in the room and having my private get washed twice wasn't a great experience. Owners, evaluate what you have, your property condition, and your offering, and create a value-driven guest experience.
