Want your things stolen? How about mistreatment from staff? if so... have I got the place for you!
I stayed here for the Zombie Crawl. Huge mistake. this place destroyed a $100+ custom costume prop, and the the security manager (more like mismanager) had all of the grace of a rabid feral cat and only made everything worse with his blatant disregard and mishandling of the situation. Then when I got ahold of corporate, I spoke to a Ms. Patel - who said she would have some one contact me. they never did, and now calls to the direct line she gave me go to voicemail and are never followed up on. it was dirty, my belongings were not safe, the mistreat by a "manager" in the security department and the failure to follow through from the corporate representative all tanked my view of this subpar Ceasar's property. There are waaaay to many choices to spend money or time at Caesar's properties in Reno. El Dorado, Silver Legacy and Circus Circus... all of them will endanger your stuff, mistreat you, and not care about it in the least.

Exceeded my expectations
The check in process was a breeze. Staff at the front desk were friendly. My King room in the Skyview Tower exceeded my expectations. It appeared newly remodeled, very clean, and even had plenty of room to do a quick morning yoga session.

Room okay staff were rude and unhelpful
The room was okay. The staff we encountered were all rude, unhelpful or both. I stayed here for a business trip and brought my son for the midway and arcade. I know it is a casino and there is smoking allowed indoors however we noticed that where the Midway was and the arcade were there is very heavy smoke smell in the air along with vaping and other airborne products. My son got headaches from the smoke that was a big drawback for the area where the kids were supposed to be you could definitely smell cigarettes see cigarette smoke it just wasn't very pleasant Would not stay here again

Avoided room 2881
Avoid room Skytower 2881, not King worthy not even Jester worthy. Pros: large room, sturdy dining table, decent Kcups, the views were nice, second bathroom was handy, bed pillows are nice, slippers and robes are ok. Cons: all tiles floors are slick, the couch is awful, dining chair somewhat better, the dead bugs in the light fixture over the dining table are not appetizing, the heater/a/c system is converted wall units tied to a wall thermostat that has a mind of its own, tv channel selection is poor, the bed is like plywood, one blanket is provided with no comforter so we had to order more blankets but we're only given one. The bathroom is a great place to break your neck or leg. The floor is extremely slippery in and out of the shower. If we had a car I would have gone to Walmart to buy rugs. The shower is an adventure; slippery, the cover for the drain is not attached and no screws to fix it are anywhere to be seen. I slipped on the cover and my heal went into the drain with many scratches on my foot. You get one miniature shower mat for a 12 foot shower. The next adventure was the water from the shower heads hit the glass, fill the channel with copious amounts of water the comes drains out of the channel on the outside. Perhaps sealing the inside would be more effective than sealing the outside over and I er. I didn't see it was leaking until I went to use the restroom and the floor in the water closet was a half inch deep and again I went sliding and fell. The housekeeping supervisor happened to be outside our room so I showed her and she said she reported it before. Guess it's going to fix itself!! Last piece of advice. The Skytower is a long way from everything. If you have any mobility issues or don't enjoy dragging your luggage or bags up and down various stairs, the escalator and very long hikes, stay in the North Tower. Getting from the restaurants to your room in the Skytower is like walking from side to side in a super Walmart or Home Depot three times! Good luck and we'll never go back to any Caesars property, there are more choices worth your money. Try GSR instead. What a way to ruin a vacation. This place is a joke.
