Amazing room with a gorgeous view! Stayed at the resort for a business meeting in January. All staff were friendly and helpful. Meeting rooms were nice and conference food was good. Resort restaurants were delicious. I did not want to leave.
Paradise - Business and personal
This is a wonderful resort in a great location. The staff do a great job of making you feel wanted and special. The landscaping, pools and myriads of other amenities are all top-notch. Just keep in mind this is a resort in the Keys and it is pricey. But so is everything else in the keys is as well. It is very nice to never feel like you have to lock up your things or carry a wallet. It is a beautiful place and it is hard to leave. Can't wait to come back.
Gardens of Serenity
Beautiful resort with multiple pools & great restaurants. The staff made us feel very welcome. There is a dock there if you want to venture out to the ocean. No one was swimming or sitting on the beach though because you would have to walk out about 20’ in muddy water before reaching a comfortable spot to swim.
STAY AWAY! Despite my cancelling my reservation a full month before our intended visit, and receiving a cancellation confirmation, and repeated assurances that I would have my deposit refunded promptly , they repeatedly failed to do so. Need I say more?
Older hotel in need of updating
We arrived for check-in and were told there was no elevator and our room would be on 2nd floor. Bellman carried our luggage to the room. This hotel was built in the 60s and in need of remodel. Room was very humid and carpets were were wet floor was slippery. There is a restaurant bar and grill next door named skippers. Food and drinks were good and they had live music.
