Great location in West Hollywood and a nice, safe area. Room amenities were as described. Room was a bit musty on arrival with no bedding provided for the sofa bed, which was disappointing. The room was soon aired out, but really this should be completed before arrival. Asked for the room to be cleaned the following day and it wasn’t, again a little disappointing. Went down for breakfast one morning and waited, and waited….went into the kitchen and shouted (people were talking somewhere inside). They never heard, so I left and had breakfast outside. Again a little disappointing. Pool closed for maintenance on our final day, which wasn’t mentioned when we booked, but these things happen. The receptionist did offer a voucher to use a pool at another hotel. Valet parking very expensive at $70 per day.

Wonderful location quiet beautiful street. loved the room very spacious . great place to come back to after a busy day. walkable to so many shops and restaurants. On-site restaurant , great value.

Apr 01, 2026⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice Hotel, But Thin Walls
The Chamberlain in West Hollywood is a clean, well-kept hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and the overall vibe is pleasant. However, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, even snoring, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, nice hotel but noise can be a big issue, so I’d give it 3 stars.

Wonderful experience, very cool hotel!
Hotel was low key on the outside but very cool, clean and modern on the inside. Staff was amazing and they added nice little touches on our arrival knowing that we were coming from across the country celebrating a birthday. Pool is small but a great space, plenty of lounge seating with tremendous views. I'm a frequent traveler preferring upscale hotels and would highly recommend the Chamberlain.

Always a joy...
I've been at this hotel at least five times and it never ceases to amaze me. Wonderful staff, clean / spacious rooms, perfect location. I will return!
