The location is fantastic when traveling to Zurich by bus or train. Easy to walk to all the notable places and the old town. Staff is friendly and helpful. We got there very early in the day but they were able to check us in a couple of hours early and upgraded our room. There is construction going on so a bit noisy during day hours but we weren’t typically at the hotel during the day. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Switzerland vacation
Fantastic location for entertainment, restaurants, grocery sores, public transportation, and meeting point for tour excursions, all close walking distances. Great view of the river. Bathroom was private, unlike many other hotels in the area.

A great hotel in a great location 5 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes to the Old Town. We stayed in a comfortable river view room.

Fantastic location
We arrived by train which made this hotel location ideal since it was 2 short blocks away. Our hotel overlooked the river, room was small but comfortable.

Centrally located Hotel in the heart of Zurich
Hotel is very centrally located. The tram station is right in front of the hotel. Zurich train station is 2 minutes walk away. Hotel staff were kind and friendly. Check in and check out both were very smooth. Room was nice and clean, 2 things I found interesting though, they provide slippers if you ask for it (a sign in the room with instructions, which was odd) and in the morning although I had the please do not disturb sign hanging on the door, the mini bar lady opened the door and walked in! Not a problem but just weird.
