This hotel was seriously sub standard. The ac was broken, the windows weren’t sealed correctly and when we changed rooms, it stunk like vomit. It’s not in a particularly convenient location and there was zero charm.

Amazing 1st Santo Domingo visit
Neuris the lobby bellman was exceptionally warm and friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel is top notch and a value. Located along the beautiful waterfront we had an incredible view from our 21st floor suite. The breakfast was tasty and the hotel restaurant was warm and clean. Highly recommend this hotel should you venture to this beautiful island.

Excellent hotel and staff
Excellent Hotel, very good location, clean and modern. Big rooms with view on then ocean. Anyway, rhe key of success of this hotel is the staff: from recepcionists, to people at the entrance, to cleaner, to the ones working in the restaurant, everyone very professional, kind and guest oriented. Felicitaciones!
