Amazing experience at Catalonia Royal Tulum
Amazing food and very clean. Very impressed with the entertainment team: Cellar, Eddie, Diego, Pamela y Paulina. They made sure to engage with all customers and brought so much light and fun every day.

Amazing adults only relaxing holiday in a spectacular location!
Beautiful hotel and staff were so friendly, especially Angelina in the buffet restaurant,the location was amazing right in the middle of a tropical forest with the wild animals to go with it,beach was beautiful and the pool was plenty big enough and lots of beds,the rooms were large and all the balconies face into the jungle! Very clean with good entertainment in an indoor air conditioned area,all the specialised restaurants were amazing,the food was fantastic and the Asian one at the side of a cenote was stunning! very quiet and relaxing holiday,will definitely be returning,thank you Mexico!

Firstly let me say I would have given it five stars apart from two reasons. The first negative is the management of the premises. When we arrived were given discount vouchers off the spa special meals etc. I used one of these services but didn’t get the discount applied. It took me a week to sort out with customer service saying the management had to override it. Why it takes a week and numerous complaints to get a bill changed is beyond me. Secondly this maybe a personal moan. The hotel does not have a buffet evening meal stating they want you to enjoy speciality dining every night. If you are there for two weeks as we were the choices are limited and can become a little repetitive. Now the pluses:,All the staff and I mean all the staff from front of house to restaurants, entertainment, waiters and waitresses and those keeping beach and hotel in a lovely condition are nothing less than helpful , polite and very friendly. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The food in the buffet breakfast and lunch had a wide variety and was of a good quality. The pool area and adjoining beach area are very well kept with plenty of drinks to cool you down. Would I recommend this hotel YES Would I go back there YES if they sort out a buffet evening meal. If you are looking for an adult only hotel with a quiet feel to it with large clean bedrooms rooms and great hospitality I don’t think you can go far wrong. Thank you!
