May 29, 2023The staff made the vacation even more amazing!
We joined the Exclusive Travelers Club 5 years ago and had a wonderful trip scheduled in May 2020 and of course then had it cancelled! We just got back from our rescheduled trip and it was amazing! Our adult daughter also traveled with us and I can't say enough about this property! We loved the beach with fabulous clear water, the rooms are wonderful, and restaurants were great! But the staff is what made it an amazing vacation! Even before we arrived the Concierge Domingo was in contact and made sure everything was ready for our stay! When we got to the property Domingo met us and welcomed us and we met Sebastian and they walked us to our rooms and made sure we had everything we needed and arranged our meals! Junior and Sebastian checked in with us multiple times a day and they all got us whatever we needed! The entire staff including Chavely and Miguel made sure we had a fabulous time! Juan made sure we had rides to the beach! Also the maid service and cleanliness of the resort were impeccable! My daughter had a birthday the day we were leaving and they made that special, with decorating her room and a special dinner and cake on our last night and staff surprising her and serenading her! Thank you all for making our trip the best ever! 🥰

Great holiday at Catalonia Royal Romana
I booked 12 nights here for my wife and I. We both had a great time. The choice restaurants was good. Bookings them via the app was quite straightforward. The beach was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Mariolos. The only negative was booking through TUI. The TUI rep didn't appear for the duration of our stay. The transfer from the airport was badly organised. But I must stress the hotel/resort was fantastic. If you plan to Scuba Dive I would recommend Dressel Divers 200 metres down the beach.

Five stars experience
Mayquer was very nice in our welcome to the Catalonia Royal hotel and took care of our luggage as per if it was his. Very good service during all the stay. I definitely recommend the Royal resort and all staff from Adults Only hotel.

Top hotel at Bayahibe for couples.
Spectacular stay at this hotel. Great food, rooms and beach. Rooms are very clean. Food is very good in all restaurants including the common buffet. All staff is very helpful including the guest services, bar men’s and cleaning services.

Lovely hotel and staff
Reyna was amazing, kept the room clean and towels and coffee stocked up, Jessica in the pool bar was always polite and very courteous, food was lovely with plenty of restaurants and options. Lovely beach. Excursion to monkey land and Soa Island really good.
