Good, beautiful and affordable
Overall very relaxing, Room was so comfortable and clean, Everyone was very friendly and attentive well organized with the transportation to and from airport. Service was amazing And the food and drinks are great buffet and pool, There are so many restaurants to choose from. My favorites burger 5th Avenue There is also a nice coffee shop who is including on the price which also has bakery, We will definitely be returning next year and I hope you guys can send some information in order to become a member. Thanks so much 👍🏼

Excellent service
Nice resort. Friendly staff and excellent service. Staff at Beloved Restaurant provided us very friendly and excellent service. Enjoyed a variety of food at Buffett and restaurants. Nice beach. Very clean resort.

Bloved restaurant / kid club
Super service from Martin and Maria at the Bloved restaurant. Also egreat animation for the kid from the kid’s club from Wendy and her teams The family suites is perfect for intimity and very spacious

Pristine resort
The resort was amazing. The service staff was wonderful including housekeeping, front desk, servers. The most amazing server was Martin at BLoved. The servers at BLoved and the steak house were superb. The bartenders in general seemed a little unhappy to serve you. The rooms were excellent as well as the resort in general. The online ordering is a bit of a mess too. My main area for improvement would be wait times. Standing in many lines for food (coffee, snacks, lunch). The coffee shop doesn’t open until 8 and you will stand in line 45 minutes. Overall pleased with our experience!
