Avalos and Ulises make the pool a fantastic place to hangout. Comfortable chairs, clear water, quick service, and delicious tacos are just some of the highlights. Our experience overall was memorable for all the right reasons - staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, and the food allergies in our party were carefully considered. We also want to thank Jesus for his amazing service. The resort is truly quiet, so if you’re looking for a place to relax and eat well, look no further.

A very special place.
We have enjoyed returning to Casa Velas for twenty years. It is a seamless transition to there from the airport as transfer is taken care of and the reverse going home. We are taken care of by each member of staff in a kind and friendly manner. Service is impeccable. The feel is of belonging. You are welcomed as a friend. The staff take care of you.

Fantastic Day At Casa Velas
We had a fantastic time at Casa Velas for the day. It's a beautiful setting and very peaceful. The service provided by Avalos was unmatched and truly made our experience the best. Would definitely recommend.

Great trip for a friend's wedding
Having never been to an all inclusive resort this was such a treat! I loved our room, we had a little plunge pool on our patio that was nice to sit in and room service was quick and friendly. I would say the only problem for me was some of the food, it felt like you had to find the few things on the menu that were really good (the quesadillas and the tacos), but everything else like the desserts were pretty disappointing to me. The highlight of course was the service and the waitstaff. The main ones to help us were Avalos and Antonio. They were so incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. I can't give these guys enough of a shout out, they made our trip perfect and made us want to come back! Over all it was a great experience and a big thank you to the staff.
