Great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast set up could be more efficient - it’s slow and chaotic when lots of people are all trying to get food. Hard to get a quick bite when you have to catch a dive boat. Pool is very small and not many sun loungers. There is no getting away from noise and people here. Everything at the hotel is people on top of people. The absolute worst part was the room doors slamming so LOUD. It’s super loud and echoes and really, really kills any kind of holiday/relaxation vibe. Lots of excited kids yelling and slamming the doors. If you want a good deal for a nice clean, excellently located hotel this is it. If you want quiet, ocean beach front with a sun lounger away from crowds - this is not it.

The place needs love but the price is very good for the location. The staff Cynthia will welcome you every morning for breakfast anything you need she will take care of it. Hannibal great men knows the island very well. All and all great choice.

Nice hotel with basic but very clean rooms. Great breakfast included. Very good position near town and especially when diving with Aldora Divers (recommended).

Nov 19, 2025Extremely Poor Staff an restitution for employee robbery
I went with a Dive group and stayed at this location. The hotel was nice, the staff was nice for the majority of the trip. Breakfast was great. Problem was the hotel hired a criminal and gave them the master key to all rooms and all safes in the rooms. The hiree then proceeded to rob the guests. I had 2200 dollars in american money stolen as did multiple hotel guests including mexican and american money and credit card purchases. I was promised I would be reimbursed my lost money but it is now November of the same year and I am still waiting for my 2200 to be refunded. They know who did it and they know they need to pay for the loss. They offered me 2200 in future stays, but I am booked for the next year or so on other adventures. Not a compensation in my book.

Fabulous people, close to dive shops and shopping !
Always a wonderful place, great people who always make you feel important. Breakfast buffet has so much food and Maria always makes you feel special EVERYDAY !
