Feb 10, 2026Casa Mexico Great hotel
I cannot say enough about this hidden gem. The staff are very welcoming and try to make each visitors' stay unique. It has a wonderful buffet breakfast. The atmosphere is relaxed. It is close to shopping, ferry to Playa Del Carmen, big grocery store. Beds were comfortable with a safe and refrig in room. Everything was perfect. Will be back!!

We were staying at an all-inclusive hotel further down the island for one week, we were supposed to return but our flights were cancelled due to weather. We decided to stay at this hotel with a recommendation from a local. We loved the location, walking to see the area was great. The employees here made us feel right at home, shout out to Gustavo for greeting us, Sergio was very attentive as well. the room was very clean, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, made to order omelets fresh juices.

Not a 5 star hotel but is a 5 star location and experience
We love this little hotel. It's not a 5 star hotel, but a 5 star for the location and the right expereince you are looking for. And the buffet breakfast is well know to be 5 star experience!!!!! Noplace else can beat their breakfast on the island! We own a propery in Cozumel, and stay here when we have an overlaps in travel dates with guest in our condo. The staff is freindly, it's quaint with street view activity and beautiful ocean views. Wouldn't think of swiming in that little pool, but lounging on the terrace with a cocktail in the lobby or your exterior balcony watching the ocen before heading out is nice. It's located right of the town center so perfect for walking about in town. It's also close across from the ferry to take a trip over to the mainland. No lounging beach nearby so if that's what your looking for this is not that. But if you want a little bit of both, the town and the beach then split your trip and experience both.

Great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast set up could be more efficient - it’s slow and chaotic when lots of people are all trying to get food. Hard to get a quick bite when you have to catch a dive boat. Pool is very small and not many sun loungers. There is no getting away from noise and people here. Everything at the hotel is people on top of people. The absolute worst part was the room doors slamming so LOUD. It’s super loud and echoes and really, really kills any kind of holiday/relaxation vibe. Lots of excited kids yelling and slamming the doors. If you want a good deal for a nice clean, excellently located hotel this is it. If you want quiet, ocean beach front with a sun lounger away from crowds - this is not it.

The place needs love but the price is very good for the location. The staff Cynthia will welcome you every morning for breakfast anything you need she will take care of it. Hannibal great men knows the island very well. All and all great choice.
