Just returned from a 10 day stay and we loved everything about the hotel. The staff were very professional and attended to our needs as required. The hotel is very clean and our room was kept spotless by the cleaning staff. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous and we were greeted by Sinthia every morning. Her local restaurant suggestions were excellent. We especially liked her margaritas made with love in the lobby bar. The location of the hotel is great and central to everything. We enjoyed the pool area which was kept spotless by Animal. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will come back.

Our favorite hotel in Cozumel
This is at least our fourth stay and we look forward to coming again. Casa Mexicana is a very nice downtown hotel with excellent service and reasonable rates. The morning brunch buffet is outstanding and included with the room! It is served from 7 AM to 11:30 AM. Sinthia and Vicente are wonderful breakfast hosts whom we look forward to seeing each day. Gustavo is an amazing bellman with a wonderful disposition. Super helpful. I would recommend getting a room with a sea view on the third or fourth floor. Floor five is the best view, but the balconies do not offer privacy from the rooms next-door.

Hotel Casa Mexicana
This hotel is located right downtown Cazumel near the original cruise ship pier. It is within walking distance of nearly everything, yet remains the quintessential “hidden gem” as its footprint on the avenue (that runs right along the coast downtown) is very small. From the street, take the escalator up to the roomy lobby on the 2nd floor to check-in. There is also a small but capable pool, bar, and terrace co-located with the lobby. The rooms all have ample space with balconies, and are very clean. The staff are all professional and welcoming. A full breakfast is also included. We love this hotel, and stay here while diving with Tres Pelicanos Dive Shop (3 min walk)!

Casa Mexico Great hotel
I cannot say enough about this hidden gem. The staff are very welcoming and try to make each visitors' stay unique. It has a wonderful buffet breakfast. The atmosphere is relaxed. It is close to shopping, ferry to Playa Del Carmen, big grocery store. Beds were comfortable with a safe and refrig in room. Everything was perfect. Will be back!!

We were staying at an all-inclusive hotel further down the island for one week, we were supposed to return but our flights were cancelled due to weather. We decided to stay at this hotel with a recommendation from a local. We loved the location, walking to see the area was great. The employees here made us feel right at home, shout out to Gustavo for greeting us, Sergio was very attentive as well. the room was very clean, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, made to order omelets fresh juices.
