    The deluxe room is more than double trouble

    I usually write at least good reviews.I want to caution travellers to expect really bad rooms.We booked a garden deluxe room. I’m 62 years old and have to shoulder into the door to open and close it. The closest door I can’t open and my husband has to open it for me. The fridge and tv didn’t work. We went to reception once we checked in and everything was booked so the front desk staff suggested we come at 12:00 noon the next day and they would relocate us. So next day we did and the front staff girl told us she would upgrade us for a good price 😳I asked to talk to guest services and the gentleman came to the room promptly and said he would get everything fixed. Wow this is the acceptable standard of the broken room?? So I still have to shoulder in to open and close the door. My husband still has to lift and push the closet door. New Tv and fridge. My question is why is this okay to start with and continue with? How can management be okay with this standard? On the positive: The property is beautiful, the place is located on a rocky cliff and they incorporated little pools into it the rocks. The staff is friendly. Kudos to Jose the bartender at the bar near the front desk. He provides amazing customer service, makes you feel welcome and he also makes a great margarita. Julianna from housekeeping was so welcoming. So I guess my recommendation is book another hotel because the rooms are in bad repair

    Entertainment was excellent Casandra

    I liked everything.Casandra from animations team is very funny she’s very cheerful she’s very good person Everything was good the food was great was like Casandra perfectly everything was great with her excellent entertainment the best!!.you can have so much fun around the show time at night and then after at calypso disco in the hotel.

    Entertainment was excellent

    This is our first time here and we really love it here cause this hotel has a beautiful view,food and drinks was really good,room was clean and fine but the was the animation team with the activities around the pool and also at the show time and calypso disco after show .thanks to Amaury(chihuahua)the entertainment supervisor,lovely his shows,also thanks to dalvin and delvi of animations team too.we will back for sure ay ay ay!!!!!!!

    Stephany la bailarina was the best dancer ,very professional and made the guest feel special . excellent experience. the staff is amazing i would definitely go back
