Oct 10, 2024Salad in the Pool left by dive center
Hotel is okay but the Pools are not clean and the dive Center even made it worse by using Salad to clean their mask inside the pool, which was than floating nicely around. There are simple Methods to clean a mask and in my 20 years as instructor i never experienced such a disgusting behaviour The best was the instructor left the salad also on the pool edge and just Tool the Equipment and left.

Very good hotel I stayed in the VIP section. Was good during the day while the VIP bar was open. the food options for VIP was good. the hotel was good. staff welcoming and very friendly. They should have daily pass options this is a great hotel in Sosua as everything is walking distance. OH, as a single male traveler the security is amazing to count on if you know you do not want company.

8 years coming to this resort
I’ve been coming here for 8 years. This place has gotten better each time. The food is excellent and has continued to get better. The service is great. The room is clean but could use new pillows. The beaches are sometimes closed but you can access them from outside the hotel. This is the best place I’ve ever been to in Dominican Republic.

Just came back from this resort. Food was good, pool and Jacuzzi are great. Be prepared for lot of rush from Friday till sunday due to locals The rooms were not that good, exhaust not working in bathroom, AC required frequent visit to the reception for a technician as there was no telephone in the room. The whole resort (with exception of rooms) including buffet restaurant and Ala-carte restaurants is Non AC. Be prepared for eating while getting soaked in sweat. Wont stay again here! Two stars are only for Jacuzzi by the sea and good food.

This resort was very nice! The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very attentive to your needs. It was nice coming back to our room with our beds nicely made and fresh towels. It was so nice have several pools to choose from. Sunsets were absolutely beautiful!
