    I highly recommend casa marina, it’s a great resort to enjoy with family and friends.

    The resort has excellent service and the staff is wonderful. I loved the entertainment team; they do an excellent job and treat the children very well. They have a great team that knows how to keep the energy high with the guests, full of joy and dynamism. Especially Luz(Kika), she is a very cheerful young woman who makes guests feel right at home. Her attentiveness and cheerful personality make guests instantly fond of her.

    Sun, ocean, pools & relaxation

    We had a beautiful week in the sun! Ocean, refreshing jacuzzi’s and several pools to choose from. The person who made our trip amazing was a staff named Amaury(chihuahua)the entertainment supervisor. He was kind, funny, answered any questions and was a complete vibe! Thank you to all staff and supervisors for making it a memorable trip!

    Great vacation destination!

    Other than repeated problems with the toilet, housekeeping, reception, buffet, and all the staff were and are exceptional! It might only be 3.5 stars, but the staff make it feel like a 5-star! Will be returning every year!

    Bad Experience in 2005 Repeated in 2025

    was here in 2005 and had a very negative experience, fast-forward 20 years and unfortunately, the experience was the same. I’ve been to the Dominican Republic over 25 times experiencing many resorts, including Casa Marina. Decided after 20 years to visit Casa Marina on a day pass to determine if I could give this resort another chance during my next visit to the Dominican Republic. Unfortunately, it only disappointed once again. Found the customer service to be extremely lacking. I am accustomed to the extraordinary customer service provided at the Iberostar in Puerto Plata and unfortunately Casa Marina could not come close to comparing. it was a 20 year. Wait… For nothing. Customer service speaks volumes. I can honestly say I would not recommend this resort.

    I like everything about this place, this is my 10th time, I love the food entertainment, customer care, room service everything, that is What makes me to come over and over in Same resort, YARIBEL wonderful young Lady, helpful excellent customer service happy and friendly smile face all the time I wanna thank her again and I want to give five star 10/10 :-)
