Will be back many more times!
I've stayed 3 times, most recent one was for three weeks. Right in Sosua with access to amazing restaurants, walks, beaches and everything else. The resort can get loud and busy on the weekends but weekdays are great. The buffet is great, I didn't care for the other on site restaurants I'd rather go into town. The view is the resorts greatest asset, you got mountains, beach, and ocean everything you'd want. The resort can feel dated in places but I feel the value is outrageously good I know lots and lots of regulars who keep coming back. Hugo is the best bartender, Hugo is the best period. love Casa Marina, love Sosua.

Wonderful stay for New Years
We had a wonderful stay here! It was a last minute trip and didn’t cost as much as other all inclusive resorts in the area. It was clean and most staff were very nice and accommodating. Food was great with a wide variety. My only complaint would be that coffee was scarce in the morning unless you went to the buffet area, which was a bit of a trek. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Casa Marina Beach & Reef was absolutely horrible and extremely stressful, especially traveling with two young children and my elderly grandmother. The service was terrible unless you spoke Spanish. If you didn’t, you were treated poorly, ignored, or struggled to get basic help. Communication was a constant issue and made everything more frustrating. The room was dirty and very outdated. The sheets were stained, there was visible mold in the bathroom, and the air conditioner was broken, making the room uncomfortable and unhealthy. This is completely unacceptable for a resort that claims to be all-inclusive and family-friendly. The worst part of our stay was being extorted into paying for a door that broke during our stay. The door was already problematic, yet we were threatened and told we would not be checked out unless we paid. Being put in that position—while traveling with small children and an elderly family member—was intimidating, unprofessional, and unethical. This resort caused unnecessary stress, fear, and disappointment. I would never recommend Casa Marina Beach & Reef to families or anyone expecting basic cleanliness, fairness, or respectful service. The only positive from our entire stay was the entertainment team, who were great, and Jordan from the Bliss Spa, who was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, they were the rare exceptions in an otherwise awful experience. Save your money and go elsewhere

Christmas Vacation
The resort and food were excellent, beautiful views everywhere. Lots of good photo spots! During the dining service Duran Yovanny was the absolute best, so attentive and so kind!
