Affordable, Clean, and Cozy!!!
This place was very cute. It's more of a mom and pop type place. Everything was very clean. Location was perfect. Just a few steps from the beach. The pool area and common areas were will kept and clean. The kitchen area was ideal for making breakfast or lunch. Really any meal. There was a full size fridge. The bed was king size and comfortable. Towels were nice and good quality. Furniture was nice as the were the TV's. One in the bedroom and one in the sitting area. This place would be ideal for a small family. The couch folded out into a bed. We will stay there again! Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Would stay again
We stayed here for 2 nights , on 1st impressions I wasn't sure as it's next to a busy road but the noise really didn't bother us as it died down in the evening. Apartment was fine with comfy beds but unfortunately no tea/coffee making facilities. In a great position for the beach and restaurant's Staff were lovely , very helpful and accommodating. Pool was a good temperature with comy sun lounges

Florida Treasure of an Inn!
Hello fellow travelers! I am on a South Fla beach town journey just hopping from place to place along A1A. I always look before I buy and was checking out AirBB’s and Inn’s. hotels, etc when I spotted this little gem just exploring around town. I’ve seen good reviews and some not so flattering so here’s mine. These are very nice very helpful people that stay in the office until 8 PM (most smaller ones around here leave at 6). I am paying about $120 per night all in with taxes parking etc for a king efficiency. The studios are around $20.00 less. The rooms are sanitary and super clean, nice colors and beachy furniture and decor, linens are fresh, appliances and TV (with real cable here thank you …I hate Roku!). The grounds and pool are very well kept and really do give you that old school resort feel. I had an issue with my A/C when I first got here and minutes later they gave me an upgraded sweet. Location - you are .04 of a mile (about a 10 mins or less walk) from the pier which is surrounded by 20 or so fun places to eat, drink, shop. Just close enough but not too close, perfect. Singles/couples/family friendly. Easy parking right on the premises. I would 1000% stay here again. Safe travels y’all. This one’s 2 thumbs up!

Great weekend at this resort
According to Les at the desk, this resort was built around 1970. For a building this age, it looks great. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom room with a kitchenette. It was nicely decorated in a coastal theme, and it looked like it had been renovated recently. The kitchen appliances were older but they work. The furniture was newer and we enjoyed the king size bed! Very comfortable room. The pool area was nice and the tiki hut gives wonderful shade. Only 1 block from the beach and 3 to 4 blocks for food and shops. We will return! Thank you for a great visit!

Location to beach is great but cannot recommend overall
I attended a retreat which booked rooms at this motel for the week. I was really hoping for a better experience. This property is SHABBY, TATTERED AND TORN. It is so run down and needs a renovation. The location is wonderful, with only a five minute walk to the beach boardwalk. That is where the good news ends. The bedding is stained and worn and I felt skeeved out every time I used the bed. The decor is drab and depressing. The lighting is dim. The kitchen appliances and shower are rusty and decrepit. The shower water doesn't turn hot even after letting the water run for 15 minutes. There are flies in the shower. The exterior lock uses an old fashioned key and it's the kind of old knob where you don't really feel secure. The tiles are chipped, scuffed and super worn. The paint on the walls is old and scuffed. The A/C is noisy as all heck. There is no dishwasher and there is a sign posted inside a kitchen cabinet explaining that dishes/utensils are not washed according to board of health regulations but rather simply cleaned using conventional methods (ie washed in the room by hand). Considering there is no hot water in the shower, I have no confidence in the hygiene of the dishes, glasses, mugs, etc. Also, don't count on any paper towels, tissues or even hangers in the closet - my unit had zero of the above upon arrival. I was given hangers upon request. Bring your own coffee if you dare to use the coffee maker. The wifi went out twice during my stay. One of the outages was brief but the other went on from evening until the next morning. I went to the office to see if someone could reset the wifi system. Nobody is in the office after hours. I called one of the posted phone numbers on the office door for after-hours help. The person on the phone was lovely and police but simply blamed the wifi outage on the rain and said nothing could be done until the next day. Frustrating - it was not a huge thunderstorm or hurricane - just a light evening rain. I wanted to sit on the chair outside of my unit while making a call. I saw that the chair and little side table next to it had long, dark human hair all over it. I couldn't bring myself to sit on that chair after all! Some positives - again, the proximity to the beach is great. The housekeeping staff seem so sweet and hard working. The units are spacious, albeit shabby and depressing. If they would do a renovation, this could be a fantastic place!!! I haven't written a review on TripAdvisor in a long time (I used to do tons of reviews but I fell away from the habit). Honestly. this property was so disappointing that it brought me back to warn other potential customers. I really don't like to be negative but I would NEVER stay here again. It's pretty bad.
