Adequate- - dining options good and staff accommodating
I’m staying here right now. My room is large, but there was a moldy smell when I arrived and all the rugs should be torn out and replaced. The furniture also could be replaced. Obviously, it was built in 1940 something. my maid, Gloribell, contacted the housekeeping supervisor and she came up and they tried to get the mold out from underneath the sink, but it didn’t work. I also got a new coffee pot and she arranged for the safe to be fixed. All the staff are very helpful and I enjoyed Morton’s steakhouse because I am familiar with the chain and Caesar and Omar and Ciara were very accommodating and fun to be around and the food was amazing. Yes, it is expensive, but it was worth it. The weather wasn’t very good, but there are shops around and it’s not far from anything. The pool area is very nice and there are a lot of chairs. The beach is small, but everybody seems to be enjoying themselves. The price was right.

Nice Stay!
This is a solid hotel. The staff is friendly and they are always accommodating. I frequent this hotel 2-3 times a year and it is consistent. From the pool area to the restaurants, it is an overall good stay every time I stay at this hotel. Look forward to my upcoming stay in February.

No hot water but lots of dust.
Caribe Hilton My stay was from Dec 4th to the 15th 2025. I had asked for an ada room because I use a motorized wheelchair. I got exactly what I requested. Room was comfortable. However, I found the room I was given very dusty. I have asthma, so this started some breathing issues. Had the cleaning service come back to get as much dust as they could. The next day I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water at all. I kept waiting for the water to warm up, which it never did. I was told for 3 days that they were working on it, and it should be back up be the following day. The hot water never came. I was eventually moved to another room, but that one didn't hot water either. I was moved once more where I finally had hot water. With the dust experience and having to take cold showers, I ended up going to the ER that was located in Condado, to receive treatments. Fortunately, I was able to ride on my motorized wheelchair to get there. The hotel is beautiful, but I don't think I will stay there again in the future.

Rooms Need Help!
The hotel facilities were top notch, but the rooms are severely outdated and dirty. This hotel really needs to spend money on remodeling the rooms. Not quite the high standard for Hilton.

Dirty room in poor condition
We stayed here after a cruise. Room was in very poor condition with dirty carpet (not vacuumed), huge stain on curtains, large hole in plaster in bathroom, whole piece of chocolate on the floor in front of fridge, desk chair was very dirty, tv cable did not work, view of roof from our window. We’ve been Hilton diamond members for over 20 years. Property outside was nice with plenty of chairs around pools but the room was worst I’ve ever seen for a Hilton. We stayed at the Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & casino in San Juan before departing on cruise and our room at the Sheraton was much cleaner.
