My trip to this resort was truly splendid. Our room was always clean, and the beds were made perfectly each day, which made coming back to the room so relaxing. The food was good most of the time, with plenty of variety throughout our stay. Our favorite dining experience by far was the Italian restaurant. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was absolutely incredible. Our waters and wine glasses were always full, the staff constantly checked in on us, and they even made us fun, special drinks that made the experience feel extra special. I would love to thank Armondo, Mosoros, Martin, Jauvier, Angel, and Ignocio for their outstanding service—Ignocio even went out of his way to remember our names, which really meant a lot to us. This restaurant was hands down the highlight of our trip. A close runner-up for restaurants was the Mexican restaurant, which also had great food and atmosphere. Overall, the resort exceeded our expectations and made for an unforgettable vacation. Great location on the beach!

The staff was excellent especially Esther, Alex and Eggar . The pool staff was also great , And housekeeping. My biggest complaint would be the bed , it was as hard as a rock . There also isn’t a place on site to exchange money or even break your pesos up .

Canto Del Sol
The hotel it self is kinda dated, but the staff especially Ester, Alex and Edgar in the restaurant were exceptional,!!! I would easily give them a 15/10, also the housekeepers were wonderful too, the only real negative I have is they have no currency on site to exchange larger bills

Experience of visiting
Very nice and friendly resort I am a mother of two teenagers Food delicious,there is easy access for the food 😋 almost all day The people that work in food court are very nice Especially one guy, Edgard We love you and already miss you Couldn't choose better

Restaurant Experience
From the moment we sat down to the moment we left Edgar was a wonderful waiter. He had a great attitude and was very joyful! He made sure the atmosphere was great and we had everything we needed. He is a very funny guy and knows how to make your experience great, every time we go to the restaurant we look forward to seeing him there’
- AdvisoryWe’re happy to share that several dining venues and common areas in the **Beach section** have reopened post-weather disruptions. Services now available include the Pescador Buffet Restaurant, Peces Snack Bar, Redes Bar, Lobby Bar, and pools (with limited cocktails). The **Mountain section** offers the Cevichería and specialty restaurants (reservation required). Beach-section room relocations remain paused, but we’re working to restore this soon.
