My favorite casino
Beautiful casino and hotel, awesome food choices with something for everyone, and in a perfect location that is walkable to the French quarter and Business district. We always have a 5 star time when we visit Caesars New Orleans! Highly recommended!

Worst service ever
We stayed two nights at the Nobu at Caesars before our cruise. Normally we stat at the Four Seasons but decided to try out the new Caesars. We tried to check in at 3:30 but our room wasn't ready. They said they would call us when it was ready. We went to the bar to kill some time. We sat at the bar in front of the bartender and for 15 minutes he walked by us without even acknowledging we were there. We got up and went across the street to the four seasons. At 5 no one had called so I went to the desk. The man at the desk said our room still wasn't ready so he said he would find us another room. He found us another room so we checked in. Once we got to the room all the draws, closet and toilet lid was open. We asked the floor housekeeper supervisor if this was normal and ok for us to use. She started off with a snotty attitude and said we shouldn't be in the room because it wasn't released yet, almost like blaming us for being assigned the room. When we asked what we should do she told us that she wasn't going to come sign off on the room since we didn't wait and walked off. I went down to complain to the manager which she apologized for the inconvenience. Then being in NOLA of course a fight breaks out in the lobby between two local guys. Again another apology. The next day no one showed up to clean our room until almost 5:30 in the evening when we were getting ready for dinner. We travel a lot and for paying the price we did for NOBU it was a total disappointment.

Wow…talk about service
We went to the steakhouse and although she was not our waitress I noticed what overtook the whole dinner. As a person who deals with guests on a day to day basis you appreciate when someone is going above and beyond. Not cuz they have to but because of who they are. Danesia is her name and if you go make sure you ask for. Hurry though cuz bigger and better opportunities will be coming her way
