I stayed at Harrah's and had an offer with dining credit. During check-in, front desk mentioned the credit can be applied for any on-site restaurant. After check-out, I was informed that the Ruth's Chris Steak House (inside Harrah's) was not on approved list, so dining credit was not applied

Nov 25, 2025Fancy common areas but the bathrooms need work!!!
I am a Diamond Plus Caesars Rewards Member. I was initially quite impressed with the hotel but as my stay went on I did not have a good experience. I had a King Accessible Room. The shower was so hot, even if we barely turn it in its on position. The shower head also did not stay well on either the high or low position and because the head kept moving out of place, the water kept going everywhere! The shower curtain also did not keep any of the water in the shower so the bathroom floor was soaking wet and slippery. I notified Caesars through the IVY app and at the front desk the following morning and throughout my stay but nothing was done. It also took them over an hour to get me conditioner and towels. Usually Caesars has the large prefilled dispensers but all of those were empty in the shower and of the small travel soaps they gave us, they only gave us shampoo and body wash. I made sure to tell the front desk as I was checking out as this was extremely unpleasant and if I were someone who had disabilities, the room would not be safe. The gentleman at the front desk assured me that he would tell the manager and someone would reach out to me but no one ever did. Very disappointing stay to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Definitely did not feel like a valued caesars rewards member.

Location Location Location! Rooms are clean. Fun Casino. Lots of big screen tvs. Many food options within steps! Really loved my stay.

Don’t go here . Staff is very rude and offer sex and extra services for tips . Royale even follows you around town and harasses you .
