New Orleans pros and cons ceasers
The hotel is very beautiful. Lots of bars, sadly many of the restaurants were closed until Friday. Bobby's burgers had a great little breakfast sandwich, and a really good oatmeal with the works and it was reasonably priced. Pizza cakes a good late night bite, pizza was a nice NY size large slice. Also reasonably priced, cannoli was out of this world. Emerils restaurant was good. I thought a little pricey but good. Sadly the night we were there for dinner only 2 servers that we saw. We were seated and waited 30 min bf anyone even acknowledged us. Staff at all areas were friendly. Although people on the slot floor were friendly they had no idea if certain games we were looking to play was there or not. A little disappointed no real shops or gift store at this hotel. They had a little store with snacks and some goodies but was hoping to find tshirts, or other gift items as souvenirs. I think the most disappointing thing for us, in a beautiful room, was the fact there was no microwave or clothes iron. They had a mini fridge but what good is having a fridge to bring leftovers from where you ate if there was no microwave to re heat it. The other thing is most ceasers casinos have next day free slot play. Not here. No real offers which was disappointing. I had food offers, Freeplay etc but it didn't show up on kiosk. I was told bc we were on a group charter they won't allow you to use a flight offer in conjunction with other offers at the same location, which I found odd bc Atlantic city allowed it and so did black hawk in Colorado. I'll check this off as a bucket list item complete but wouldn't come back. Lots of homeless people around the hotel, some very rude and screaming obcenities if you didn't give them money. That was a little scary. Bourbon street didn't not disappoint, a lot of fun but walking on canal Street to get there was a little scary when people kept coming up to you for money. There were pros and cons, but we made the most of good food, drinks great music and some gambling.

AMANDA IS THE BEST
Amanda at the front desk is the nicest person in the whole casino and hotel. She went out of her way to check on us to see if we needed anything and remembered who we were. The world needs more Amanda’s when it comes to hospitality and customer service. She made us feel at home. Don’t lose this one Caesar’s!
