Caesar Harrah's hotel
Believe the reviews that have been written. It's an old hotel and dirty. Carpets in hallways dirty and with stains, Curtains in room also with stains. I left everything in my suit case didnt take anything out. You have to request room service it's not something done on a regular basis. Stayed during ANCC Nursing Magnet conference. The only thing positive I will say is that the bed and pillow was very comfortable. Be careful when booking because you think you are booking the new hotel with casino but its actually the old Caesar Harrah's

Can’t hail Caesar’s
This was the worst experience I have ever had in the 20 years I’ve been going to Harrah’s/Caesars properties. Rooms weren’t ready until 2 hours after check-in time even though we pre-registered 2 hours before check-in time. Manager on duty was of no help. Even Seven Stars customers were having to wait a hour past check-in time. They were very understaffed! The bar by check-in was never open because they never scheduled a bartender. Construction was ongoing and noisy! The mattress in the room was uncomfortable. We had to have our room cards re-keyed 3 times. Definitely not the experience I expect from Caesars!

Winner Winner
Stopped a couple different days to play and won each time on slots and tables. Going home a winner always fun $$$ Place was definitely clean and hospitality was on point. Good stop for a few hours if you’re in town for any reason. Will stop again if visiting

Disappointing stay
We have stayed in Harrah’s hotel twice previously and enjoyed it without issue, but this was our first trip back since the pandemic. We stayed in a deluxe king River view, but the broken curtains wouldn’t slide freely on the rod, making it difficult to enjoy the view. There was no sofa as listed in amenities, only a beaten up coffee table. There were continuous loud noises and knocks from either pipes or HVAC, making it difficult to sleep. But the most egregious issue was lack of hot water. Showers ranged from ice cold to barely lukewarm, which is unacceptable. Talking to other guests it seems to be a widespread problem in the hotel. The front desk promised to “inform maintainance”, but there was no improvement over the 5 days of our stay. In fairness, the room was clean, the staff polite, comfortable mattress, speedy elevators, and AC worked great. Unfortunately the good doesn’t outweigh the bad, so sadly the next time we vacation in NOLA we will stay in a different hotel.

Great hotel and casino
Great hotel and casino. Very large clean rooms with great views. Large pool and hot tub area and very well maintained. Very friendly staff throughout the property. Also free parking.
