Worst experience ever. Do not stay here. Arranged and paid for a late night arrival but still had to wait over an hour in the lobby, til 2am (!) to get into our room after a long day of travel. The next night after dinner, our key cards didn’t work because the battery on the door lock was dead. Waited 20 mins in the lobby for help getting it fixed and into our room. Which by the way was sub par, despite booking a tower beachfront balcony room and having Bonvoy status. They put us on a lower level, right over the pool, to guarantee lots of noise. We asked for a higher floor but of course their answer was no. Only one chair in the room although there was plenty of room for two chairs. No table on the balcony to set your morning coffee on. Bathtub with a cheap shower curtain instead of a walk in shower. Ice maker on the floor was broken. Pool staff sent us to the beach for towels, beach staff sent us back to the pool staff. Whatever. A sad excuse for a hotel. Unfortunate because it’s in a great spot and the grounds are quite lovely. Shout out to the awesome beachside and poolside servers. But this hotel does not have it together. This was our first visit to Miami and I trust other hotels here are better. We will not come back to this one.

Staff is very attentive and professional, grounds and pool area are very well kept. Adult only pool area is very peaceful and quiet, water was very warm..great late afternoon evening hangout spot. Main pool is less warm and very refreshing. Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very nice.

Jan 24, 2026They charge you for things u do not sign for and wont answer emails keep away from an 05 room
As a titanium member arrived at 10am and they said they would email me when the room was ready, we hung around the bar till 3.30 and went to sign for it and the person said oh the room is ready .I went to the room it was nice an 05 room. next to lifts. what a horrific noise all night a whirring sound that I could hear over the tv. so asked to change and was told they would next day. well it didn't happen. so at 2 am after being woken by the lifts, I looked t my account and had a 102us on the bill I called down to the front desk ,well they never ever answer so I called the concierge and told him it was not mine and to take it off. I checked the bill at front desk and the amount had been removed 4 days later it came on my amex account I wrote to them 3 times and have never ever received a reply; I asked for a copy of my signature and a picture of me dining as I am sure they have video surveillance everywhere -no reply. do not accept any rooms with a 05 at the end. also I could hear clear conversations when people were at the lifts as there was a big gap under the door.

Pool amd beach access
They have a great pool for adults, and a larger one for everyone. Staff is very friendly. Food is not my favorite, but available beachside.

Fun at The Cadillac
The Cadillac hotel staff and pool attendants were great. I highly recommend this propoerty!
