We had a great time at the adult pool. Alexa was excellent at assisting us and making sure that we were all set. She is an excellent asset to this hotel.

I booked 3 nights through agency months before we arrived 12 December 2025 (paid in full). When we got to hotel they asked for a card to keep a $150 per night (deposit). Cadillac Hotel immediately took $1800 and another $600 deposit. Was not even in the room yet. When I asked they said the system sometimes have a glitch. They will refund it. I’m working on a strict budget for the family trip I planned. We are still in Orlando 28 December 2025 and nothing has been refunded after they said it will take 3-5 business days. Before settling the bill+-$450 they said they will take it off the $600 deposit they still have . Was not even 12 hours and they took another +-$450 from me. Go book somewhere else!! All what they can say to make things better “sorry for the inconvenience “. Can you please pay me my money back!

Today I had an absolute beautiful day at the Cadillac with my family! Jerry was so attentive to our every needs from the moment we step in. We enjoyed the delicious food and drinks as well🍾 we will definitely come back !!

Terrible hotel at the Cadillac
What a terrible hotel experience ! Rooms not working Rooms assigned that were not what we paid for Front desk manager that was so rude and obnoxious that is the main reason I would never stay here again

Terrible stay. Awful staff service, rooms are tired and need maintenance, bad internet and tv service. Couldn’t sleep because of over the top music from beach parties that hotel claimed they couldn’t control.
