Cadillac Beach Hotel truly delivers an unforgettable beachfront experience! What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional beach service—Arian and his crew are absolute standouts. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine warmth make all the difference. Whether it’s setting up chairs and umbrellas, offering refreshing drinks, or simply checking in with a friendly smile, Arian and his team go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels taken care of. The service is seamless, attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and always delivered with positivity. Amazing experience!!!!!
We had an excellent stay at the Cadillac Hotel in Miami Beach. Traveling with our teenage kids, it was the perfect place for all of us to relax and enjoy. Kate at the Front Desk was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure our arrival and departure went smoothly. Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Dimitri and Nilma, who consistently provided warm, friendly, and outstanding service. Felipe, the manager, was exceptional. Every time we crossed paths, he took the time to check in and ensure everything was going perfectly. His attention to detail and care for guests truly made a difference in our stay. Vanessa at the beach restaurant was also wonderful—very pleasant and attentive, with excellent service. The hotel itself is impeccable: great rooms, great service, very clean, excellent amenities, and a beautiful, well-maintained beach. Most importantly, the entire staff made us feel welcome. Location is very convenient, it connects directly to the beach and you can rent bikes at the hotel at no charge to ride along the coast. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return.

Horrible service! Apparently it is ok to just cease all activity rather than complete the cleaning of the rooms at this hotel. It is WAY too expensive for this shoddy service. Don’t stay here! When I arrived, no one was able to check in. The lobby was full of people waiting for hours for their rooms and even way after the 4 pm promised check-in time. I didn’t get into my room until 5 pm. The next day there was NO housekeeping at all. I asked multiple times and no one ever came. Then at 5 pm when I went to the front t desk AGAIN, I was told housekeeping left at 5 pm. They told me someone would bring fresh towels at least, and it never happened. DO NOT STAY AT THIS OVERPRICED, old, and outdated hotel with NO customer service, NO housekeeping service, and NO concern for your comfort. I will never stay here again.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE
I had an amazing stay at the Cadillac Hotel, and it made my birthday truly unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, everything was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The atmosphere was perfect for celebrating such a special occasion. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Jancarlo Martinez, who was absolutely incredible. His customer service went above and beyond—he was attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making my experience special. Thanks to him, my birthday felt extra meaningful and memorable. I highly recommend the Cadillac Hotel to anyone looking for a great experience, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service. I will definitely be back!

10/10 service from the beach.
Janari and J.C was my attentends they were very attentive. Jc in particular I remember from last year he took very care of me. Janari was great this year as well I would love to come back here next time.
