Feb 12, 2026Gorgeous hotel, great staff but some admin issues
A very pretty hotel but we had a mixed experience. We arrived from London at 8.30 pm and despite checking in online that morning we were told there had been a ‘mix-up ‘ and our room would not be ready until 11.30 pm which was unfortunately 5.30 am the next day our time. When we did finally get in to our room it was not the King Ocean Front with balcony we had booked but a very ordinary standard room with no balcony! So mixed feelings, it’s a gorgeous hotel with amazing outdoor spaces, lovely adult pool and beach. Special thanks to the lovely Paul st the adult pool and the wonderful Carlos in the bar who we had great fun chatting with and who looked after us very well ! I would come back here, but they need to sort their admin out!

Showed up at 11ish pm after long flight and was told my room wasn’t quite ready for check-in. Didn’t make any offer for food/drink while I waited. I finally got my room at 12:40am. Worthless!!!

Lovely hotel with wonderful pool/beach amenities. Shout out to Paul, who kept us comfortable and happy during the day! Tiki bar bartenders were also skilled and amazing!

Couples weekend
We had a really great stay at this hotel for the weekend. The location is amazing, right next to the beach, and the private pools are a nice touch. We spent a lot of time by the pool, and one of the staff members noticed that we were sitting in the shade and feeling a little cold, so he quickly offered to move our loungers to a sunnier spot. It was those little things that made our experience feel more personal and enjoyable. The room was spacious, with a huge shower that was a real highlight, and a nice big balcony where we spent some time relaxing with the beautiful view of the beach. The view was honestly fantastic, we loved waking up to that every morning. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. We didn’t need much, but it was nice to know that they were always around if we had any questions or needed anything. Gabriela was especially helpful, she gave us some great tips on things to do around the area, which made our trip even better. Overall, a really pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a laid-back, comfortable spot to enjoy a few days away.

Great experience at Cadillac
Great experience We stayed there for de weekend with my bf and really enjoyed. The facilities are amazing. It has two private pools and even a direct path to the beach with sun shades and loungers included. From the beginning everybody was so welcoming and polite. From the check-in, where they even offered us some champagne, to the delivered of our luggage to the room, which had an amazing view to the beach and their private pool, everything went smoothly. Shoutout to Gabriela that helped us through every doubt that we had and made our stayed that much easier.
