Mar 06, 2026What you would expect from a resort
Good hotel, very clean, excellent staff. Food is generally mediocre, except in the Sunset restaurant where it’s decent. Rooms are accessible, but one of the restaurants is not, nor is the spa. If you don’t like listening to canned music or kids screaming in the pool, I suggest you ask for a room that’s not facing the pool area. A short drive to the centre of town and the romantic zone.

This resort has a staff that from curb-side to checkin into your room is attentive, accommodating and thoughtful. The rooms are clean,well maintained and well equipped However, what stands out is the Mexican restaurant housed in this facility. From the immaculate table service and attentiveness of our waiter Isadore to the exceptional vegan …gluten free …meal prepared by chef Mariano Jimenez . I was in a diners ecstasy.The warmed corn tortillas were served with 5 sauces each tasty and different from the others.The main course was a zucchini seared lightly and served in a pumpkin seed sauce ( pepita) sauce….something I wish my mother had in her repertoire! This was a highlight in our trip to date.

Great experience!
We were very pleased with the service we got from Jorge , Omar, Diana, Cesar, Ashli and Lizeth at the Italian Restaurant daily. These employees went above and beyond their duties with switching parts of a menu in order to ensure we got exactly what we wanted at every meal also Calienty. Thanks to the hole team!

Fantastic resort and staff
What a wonderful resort and staff. We were here during the unrest and we all agreed that the staff was very comforting and we felt safe at all times with updates and clear communication. We are looking forward to rebooking in 2027. Thank you the the director of operations for his tireless service and comfort.

Wonderful Staff and Location
The staff at this resort were wonderful. The location was great, a short walk to the Malecon. The food was good but I would have liked more salad options. The desserts were very good. Our room and the resort itself was kept very clean. We had an issue with the AC not working in our room when we arrived but this was resolved right away by moving us to another room within a few hours. If staying in PV, I would definitely stay at this resort again.
