The Buenaventura has always been our go-to. We love this hotel for its location, and its amazing staff. We are moving away from all-inclusive but will continue to come here for at least part of our vacation.

Vacation Vibes
The location is what made our decision to book, but upon arrival we had great service from check in to check out and everything in between. The drinks by the pool were perfect, the cleanliness was impeccable - the food could use a bit more variety and authenticity however there were many choices to find what suited us. Wendy - Front Desk, Luis & Norberto - Bell Service and Gustavo - Poolside Service were exceptional!!!
