Extremely Disappointing
Check in was a breeze and we received a welcome drink. After our check in experience, we had high hopes. Our room was very modern and comfortable. This property prides itself on being a party hotel. After the first day, it becomes very old very quickly. All the DJs play the same songs and playlists multiple times for the day( at every pool, at Wink, at the club, at the bars). It got to the point where we could guess what doing was coming next. We were very bored after day 1. The food was terrible with the exception of Silk City and the Cafe. The menu was the same every single day. We could not wait to leave to eat something decent. I should not be looking forward to eating a hotdog or hamburger because that is the only decent thing to eat on a vacation. The drinks were horrible. Everything was either watered down or overly sweet. We would definitely not return or recommend this property to anyone. You can tell right away that the cheapest ingredients were used for every restaurants. The orange juice was “Orange drink” with not a taste of orange at all. I cannot even begin to describe my disappointment with the food offerings. We do not expect top chef but we do expect the bare minimum and that was definitely missed. Besides that, the bed was very comfy and room service was always on time.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE
We were a group of 8, they were very accommodating at all restaurant's. Quick review: Rooms 10, Restaurants and bars 10, pools 10, service10+. Spoon for breakfast or lunch try to get Eduardo and Angel we had them every day and they went overboard for anything we asked for. The Strip Grill was the only restaurant that we went to twice and we had Dimus the first time and he was so good we requested him again and he was even better. But the pool services every day with Gabriel was the best we ever had. And on his day off he informed us Hugo would take his place and he did not disappoint. The only things you should know is the Ocean is not the best for people who enjoy that and there and there is no inside bars except the Nightclub and the bars are only open till 11 pm.

Hyatt and Breathless disrespected my wife who has breast cancer.
Hyatt and Breathless disrespected my wife who has breast cancer. My wife and I came with a group of people to celebrate a few special occasions one of them being a successful cancer surgery reconstruction. When we booked we saw that topless sunbathing was allowed on the lounge chairs and on the beach. My wife was looking forward to being on the beach and being able to sunbathe with her top off since we are at an adults only resort. Nothing flagrant, just private. She was hesitant after her reconstruction surgery but it was important to her. While she was laying out on the beach,a staff member came over to her and told her she was not permitted to be topless. When I showed them the sign they said the policy changed a month ago. I confirmed we were at an adults only resort and we were on the beach where the sign said it was permitted. I asked why Breathless and Hyatt would not allow the sunbathing but allow the DJ to play songs all day with the N-word and vulgar terms like Wet A$$ Pu$$y. It doesn’t make sense. When I tried to explain why it was important to my wife I was told it was not allowed. There were positives on the trip. The Spoon cafe was a great breakfast and the servers very attentive. There are many food options. Do NOT do the Xhale club. There is no advantage for the extra cost. The liquor selection is the exact same as the other bars and you do NOT get access to the Preferred Club. Our group of 10 people do a adults only trip every year. This was the worst one in the 8 years we have been traveling together. One of the people in the group is a travel agent so she was able to see for herself what the resort is truly like.

Breathless was a huge disappointment
The resort was clean and the wasstaff very friendly. However , frequent power outages , lack of hot water in the showers, sub par food , and clientele was not what we had hoped. We paid for the upgraded exhale club however not sure what the entailed other than a separate check in .

Breathless was AMAZING!!!
This was my first experience at an all inclusive resort. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD. We had Daniel at The Bar WOO WOO. He gave good service and made amazing drinks. Gilberto greeted us at the margarita cart and he kept the drinks coming. Cristian, William, and Jose served us at Spoon, the international buffet. They had amazing service as well and made sure we were well taken care of each time we ate (All of these gentlemen remembered what we like drink no matter where they were on the resort. Louis was very friendly and assisted us with our luggage and made sure we didn’t have to lift a finger. The after hours club After Dark was so fun. Everyone was able to live their life and be free. Also Juan Carlos took great care of us on our poolside day with being our server at the cabana
