  Beautiful ocean view Hotel room

  The hotel is beautiful , new and clean. Pools were well maintained. The restaurants had amazing food but not always easy to get into often over an hour wait at the French/italian/japanese if You weren’t there at 6pm opening. Buffet was available with good food but setting was not as intimate with a lot of people. Entertainment was non existent. They offered volleyball/corn hole during the day. Evening was disco dance in any evening places.

  Thanks for a fabulous week of rest & relax.

  I loved the location. The atmosphere was lively and loud. Every night there was some kind of exciting event by the Energy pool. I loved my upgrade to an ocean view room. It was right above the nightly entertainment, which ended at 11pm. If you go to bed early, I wouldn’t recommend this room. So make sure you ask where your room is. The rooms are gorgeous and luxurious. My ocean view was spectacular. I loved the pool servers - Mercedes and Silvia - & all the bartenders. The restaurant servers Cesar (Coquette) & Augustine (Silk City) were the best. These were my fave restaurants. Every staff at The Spoon were incredible. I loved the check in women who were always smiley and had great energy greeting everyone. Every staff at The Nook were outstanding. The animators were incredible. Especially the ones who lead the Salsa dance class, which was my favourite time of day, Dance class and pool volleyball. The spa was incredible and I highly recommend the Hydrotherapy and a Swedish massage. It was an incredible experience. The staff was outstanding. The food and staff are well worth staying at Breathless Cancun Soul. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you want a balance between relax and party. If you want more quiet, I’d recommend the Xhale Club at this resort.

  Vacation

  Resort, rooms and grounds are very nice. Beach is really nice. Shallow water to wade in goes out a long ways. Calm waters too. Pool waiter Alejandro was great. Bars continuosly out of beer and liquor. Half of the restaurants were closed during our stay. That made the other restaurants extremely busy.

  One of my favs!

  Breathless continues to be one of my favs in Cancun. This resort has an inviting lobby. The rooms are great as well. I love the coffee shop area. The also have surprisingly a whole smoking area that is not off to the side or in an inconvenient area and has bar service. The pools are nice and the dj keeps the party going all day. Food at the poolside grill was very good. Upscale and luxury with a little 'round the way'.

  WE WILL BE BACK

  Our group stayed at Breathless for four days for a bachelorette trip, and we had a phenomenal time! We had the best food service at Silk City, Coquette, and Spoon. Julio made us the best drinks and never got tired of us asking to surprise us when we didn't know what we wanted. Our rooms were cleaned and restocked every single day, and our view of the lagoon was better than expected. There was always something to do every day, whether it was dancing salsa, playing bingo, playing beach volleyball, or just relaxing by the pool. The music was never too loud, so you could relax and nap by the pool or get up and dance. It was never loud at night past a certain time, so you never have trouble sleeping. This place has all the things you could want in a vacation, but what really made our trip was the staff. We did not meet a rude, non-helpful employee. The stars of the resort are Kevin, Ferran, Fabian, and Faskono. They truly made our trip perfect by having the best attitudes every day and making sure we were never bored. They are the biggest reason why we will be back to Breathless!
