We arrived to rain but we still had a wonderful time, The food was great at all the a la cartes but this was the first time we tried the Grill. It was amazing. The buffet never disappoints, so many options. Beach bar still has the best fried chicken. As always, the staff made this trip memorable!! Special mentions to: Raphael, Antonio, Lisbeth, Santos, Francisco, Veronica, Elvin (sabrosa :)) and Lorelai and Candida!! All in all, we love this little resort, it's small so the staff get to know you and it makes for a memorable experience. *It might be a good investment for the hotel to purchase small umbrellas for guest as we had many rain days like we had never experienced before. *It can get very slippery when it rains, please be cautious when walking.

Great place!! Coming back!!
Went down in January and had a great time, Restaurants were great and easy to book, 9:00 out front, no waiting, easy and able to book groups of 10 with no issues Chinese was the best and they do not rush you out we ended up sitting for supper for up to 2 hours, such great staff swim up bar was a great place to spend the afternoon not sure of the bartenders name but he was a great guy and kept our glasses full snack bar was incredible! We really enjoyed our time there and have made plans to go back in April for two weeks/ Made some great friends!

Excellent place to come
Very good experience will definitely come here again. Good vibes all around. Good food good entertainment. And the staff are super awesome and go above and beyond for the guest.
