Dec 26, 2025Spend the extra $200 and stay somewhere else
Only had a two day stay at blue Bay. Flight was cancelled and had to pit in here until next flight. Having stayed at over 10 resorts in the Mayan this one always popped up on red tag, WestJet, Sunwing…. I am so glad we never Paid money to stay here. Rooms old, gross dated moldy, dirty bloody, list goes on. Buffet food was decent, beach, and pools nothing special, night life was something but no air flow, entertainment crew was actually pretty decent. Coffee shop was nice, gym was small but clean. I think overall it fail.

Dec 25, 2025Lay in the sun on a concrete deck
50 pool lounge chairs for 500 guests and they are all reserved all day by towels water bottles and books. Borrowed 2 and when they arrived to check on their stuff I was threatened to a fight. Concierge showed sympathy but 0 action taken. Lots of signs saying no reserving. No security. Too much drama just to sit in the sun.

Kaci was the best she was the bomb in the entertainment staff was truly amazing, bingo and volleyball were my favorite, and the hotel was super clean and my time by the pool was always so nice, even on rainy days!

Building 4
Rooms in building 2 , 3 and 4 are by the pool and beach — all of the landscapers, no spaniel, cleaning staff, maintenance and insecurity Olga in building four made all beautiful towel art thanks

I had a great time here in Resort , staff is super friendly. Beach is pretty clean. Another great thing is kids club , they look after kids very well.
