Best Trip EVER
The most incredible experience. The cocoa ceremony with Diana was truly healing. The hotel is gorgeous, service amazing. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Peaceful Retreat - Stratford Canada
We are completely satisfied with our room (junior patio suite). Fresh towels every day, mini bar restocked daily, and to our tastes. Atmosphere was tranquil. Staff were over the top friendly and receptive a true pleasure speaking with everyone we met, and walked by on our way to the beach, restaurants and lobby. Wildlife was fantastic. Food was plentiful and tasted great. Spa pool and treatment was perfect, great services offered.

On the very last night we are told that our duvet that was removed from the room is simply "not available" and we are left to sleep under a rough blanket thaf accentuates our pain from falling off a broken bicycle.

Tropical and relax vibe
The property is quite large and full of nature, which makes it feel peaceful and not crowded, the room give you a lot of privacy, and even though the property is big, getting around is easy with bikes or golf carts; But what really made the stay stand out was the atmosphere: calm, relaxed, and with genuinely kind staff who make you feel welcome without being over the top.
