    Broken room appliances, incredibly rude staff.

    Broken microwave, broken air conditioner, a total of three of the thinnest blankets on both beds. Did not get sleep well the nights we were there. Incredibly rude staff, complaining to my friend she was in the lobby for too long as she was waiting for her ride, which was me! We booked a two night stay and she waited the last day for me to pick her up within a total of an hour and a half. It was 30° weather in December and they were kicking her outside to wait for her ride because it was our last day. The lobby & check out was empty. Refused to give us her belongings she forgot, all within a 10 minute span of exiting the hotel room due to their impulsive, knocking and forcing to leave the hotel room 6 minutes after our out time. She was very upset and very disturbed the remaining of that day from the what seemed like racist behavior. The staff charged our friend $20 for a parking fee of 20 minutes of him being parked there just to come inside for a few minutes. Absolutely inconvenient and unprofessional behavior. My friend had never been to downtown Nashville and I will never book a stay at this hotel again.

    Comfortable, clean room

    Good location. About a mile walk to Broadway. Clean, comfortable. Free breakfast. Pool. Massage chairs. Would stay here again. We liked our stay at the best western.

    If you need to stay in this area there are better options.

    Clean tidy rooms, not local to anything. Staff very unhelpful, not rude but abrupt and mostly not very understanding of English. Not many creature comforts, breakfast is minimal. Reception staff are about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike.

    Good value for the location, a more quiet part of town.

    I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and they let us check in early. There are free massage chairs in the lobby. There was also beverages available 24 hours. The grounds/gardens were nice with lots of flowers. I did hear about a car break in but maybe it was the same time as the other report. We saw a security guard in the lot during our stay. I felt that it was a safe area. Mostly apartment buildings in the neighborhood but there were walkable restaurants nearby. I think for the price it was a very good location. And the area was quiet except for a hot rod that often went by! Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good including an omelet station. And Tina kept everything stocked and clean.

    The hotel looks Nothing like this or is Safe. During our 1 night stay 2 cars got broken into and the staff could have cared less. There is no security or cameras at this hotel, just a sign stating that they are NOT responsible for Damages. $20 for Parking to boot. You are not on Music Row, which is downtown.
