    No Cost Beauty Rest, Birthday Jackpot Winnings & Holiday Adorned Botanical Garden

    I had some birthday jackpot winnings treat! I enjoyed my fountain view room. Got a good restful sleep with the overnight play of Spa music on tv as I lay on my comfy bed and fluffy pillows. Affordable tasty breakfast at the Snacks to wake you up and feel good to start the day. Check out botanical garden photos for upcoming holiday 2024!

    Grossest Discovery Bedside

    Check every drawer in your room. Found a sex toy in my bedside table - unfortunately as I was getting ready to check out. Who knows how long it has been in there and how many guests also slept unknowingly next to this. I can’t believe a place like this doesn’t have a thorough cleaning process for its rooms.

    Wouldn't stay here again

    Stayed in the Spa tower. Several issues with the shower and the AC unit. Have had better rooms and amenities at New York New York. Little to no water pressure and appears shower head is clogged and not maintained; it also seems to have been installed incorrectly, so not only can you not move it, but you're basically hugging the wall to be in the water. There was mold in the shelf within the shower. It was chunky, so chances are had been there for some time. AC unit seems like it needs to be serviced. I am a warm sleeper, but had to have it at 60-63 for cold air to actually kick on. They offer robes to use during your visit, but be careful. There was so much static in that robe, that I literally got shocked when I put my hand under the bathroom sink faucet.

    Not happy

    Upset at being overcharged a different price than quoted when booked. Rooms were small, poor amenities, great view though. Shower head was really old and corroded I don’t know what else to say. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    It just keeps getting worse.

    Bellagio is always beautiful and the Christmas decorations were awesome. So hard to believe how much they are cheapening the stay though. All in room dining (unless you spend $125) is served in to go containers. Can’t stand having a paper cup of coffee like a gas station and an omelet in a clear clamshell. They sure didn’t lower their prices. And they cut way back on housekeeping. They don’t even clean the room. They make the bed and drop towels, that’s it. They left all our in room dining trash just piled up. I don’t get it. Last time we are staying here. Hello Wynn!!!!!
