First impressions count
We were undecided on going given the situation and wondered what reception we would get, but immigration was quick and friendly. However, the 'welcome' at the Bellagio was appalling - by far the worse of any hotel we have been to in the world. We arrived at 8pm after a long flight but despite doing online check in there was no email as promised to allow just key collection so we had to queue up, I had asked in September for rooms next to or close to each but my elderly mother in law was placed 5 floors below us. Then I thought I'd just check that the fold up bed was in our King room for 3 adults. Michael said it was booked for 2 adults but when I showed him the email confirmation with 3 adults he seemed out of his depth. A stroppy supervisor called Stephanie came over and said the next day they would try to move us to a room with 2 Queen beds. When I asked about tonight she said the King rooms don't have space for an extra bed (not true) and the solution seemed to be one of us is sleeping on the floor. When I said that was unacceptable she said it was our fault because we booked through Booking.com and not direct, but it is Bellagio's choice to accept bookings via other companies and they need to do better than this to fix issues! Eventually she consented to the extra bed (we had to chase this, and the room was easily big enough to take it) for an extra $50 per night. We were then left to wade through the crush of the casino with our heavy suitcases. They were unapologetic and ungracious, and for a supposedly luxury resort the customer service was dreadful (repeated later by a rude poker room manager). Perhaps they are living off their reputation and fountains and don't have to try? Also, beware drinking the water in the room. There is no physical price list (and difficult to find online) and a bottle costs $24.

The Best of Las Vegas
The best, most comfort beds and pillows on Earth! The most considerate and hard working housekeeping staff, ever! Amazing pools, wonderful rewards program, diverse and exquisite restaurant. The Bellagio is everything amazing about Las Vegas!

Very lovely hotel, great service BUT….
Beautiful hotel, especially the Conservatory.. but lots of extra fees. Very expensive restaurants. But good service. Sadelles is good for breakfasts. Skip Harvest restaurant. Pool doesn’t have shaded areas. Shower was very very weak.

Bellagio experience
I was in Las Vegas for the first time, but my experience there will be remembered by the people I met there. One of the people that left a nice imprint on my experience is Suzy Riberio. She was very kind, welcoming, and pleasant to talk to. Suzy accommodated me in all my requests and offered comfort while I was waiting for my facial. The other employees were also very nice and professional, including Cristolina Apodaca, Terry Cortez, Jaden Barr, Kinberly Delarosa. My massage therapist, Dee Fandel was also great. After her, I felt great relief in my neck and back. And finally, Lorie Garcia, my esthetician, made me feel like a million bucks walking out of that salon. I hope this review finds its way to their managers to give this team the recognition they deserve for their passion in servicing clients and devotion to professionalism. On another note, while playing at the tables in the casino, I also met some pretty great people that left a lasting impression on me. Among them was Adriana, Jackie (both dealers), and Vuk. Normally, I wouldn't write a review, however these people really deserve to be recognized for their vibrant personalities that draw people in to the casino. I enjoyed every moment of being there. With Adriana, I learned to play the 3 card poker, with Jackie, I learned some phrases in Mandarin, and Vuk offered high five to encourage me to play more. All of them were pleasant and funny. I don't remember the last time I laughed so much. I spent hours at that table and stayed until it was time for them to leave. Just wanted to shine some light on these wonderful people you have working at the casino, who should truly be appreciated more.

Great stay at the Bellagio for a convention!
Room is really nicely decorated, bathroom was beautiful, bed was comfortable. They stock the bathroom with items like toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, shower got hot fast, elevators were super fast, restaurants were great and priced well for the quality of food. Check-in was easy as I did it on my phone and then skipped the registration lines and grabbed my own key cards at kiosk and linked to my QR code.
