We were meeting some friends which were staying there already. Our room was wonderful and spacious inside and out on our patio. Found some great picks and the Gift Shop (pants in pic). We were only there for two nights but we did Happy Hour the first night at Nube - Great Fun! Then went to Dinner at S3...food was different and exceptionally good. We had lunch once and breakfast once at Iliois...Arlene was our waitress on both occasions and she was "Outstanding". She served us very well - but was also very pleasant and funny! We went to the Le Marche twice for coffee and the experience there was equally awesome. The staff was accommodating and Cavel was exceptional!!! We finished our last night cocktail hour at the Lobby Bar area and it was a lovely place to share conversation without too much noise and surrounded by some of the charming Holiday Decorations.

Another Amazing Visit!!
We have stayed here for several years now and it is always an amazing experience!! This time was for my son’s 25th birthday and they truly made it extra special for him. From the cake waiting for us to the snack delivery on his birthday. The staff is always just out of this world!!! I can’t go without calling a few of them out!! - Daisy!! Always welcoming and recognized us when she saw us. - Luis at the pool!! Such an amazing person and so love seeing him. - Elvira in the restaurant!! Helped us several days and was always outstanding. - Alma (not sure I spelled it right) also part of the restaurant team immediately recognized us and was so welcoming. - Jada at the front desk welcomed us when we arrived and could have been nicer. - Karen at the pool was amazing and attentive. I know I have missed many names and I apologize for that, but if any of the management see this, please extend my heartfelt thank you to the team. We will see you again in the future!!!

One night visit on the way to our cruise. A perfect place to rest up from our flight and prepare for our cruise.
A delightful breakfast with Elvira S. Taking such good care of us and the restaurant was very accommodating not to mention the fabulous view.

Incredible experience
As usual the stay was extremely satisfying, my ocean front view never ceases to amaze me with its beauty. The front desk lady ( I’m sorry her name escapes me right now, tall, black woman, I think she is management) is ALWAYS incredible, hospital and goes out her way to make my stay the best. All the valets are on point and the bell stand Luis is top tier every visit, he was especially amazing this go around so I wanted to leave a review for him for all his help with my things and loading it up in my truck, thank you Luis if u read this I appreciate you. I’m usually here 5,6 times a year at least so I’ll be back soon thanks for a good stay as always
