Excellent and affordable stay near the airport.
Great location. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff with an excellent breakfast! The shuttle to and from the airport is great.

Receptionist with no morals.
Unfortunately l walked in yesterday at Baymount near denver international airport 3/3/2026 at 3.05 pm l met a lady Hispanic lady a bit big talking to a guy called Christian, the communication was out of range, when she finished she came to the desk l offered my ID she asked who l was l said my first name both first and last name, she did ask my last name l mentioned for her , then l repeated , just from nowhere she told me to stop yelling at her, l just giggled she commanded me to get my credit so she can charge for diposit , as l was bending l did tell her can you be kinder than how you are sounding, she said back l will not check you in and l will let you go, before l know it there was a white man who looked younger than the lady who told me to leave the hotel and he said ask your third party to refund you , your money. I just walked a way and left. I have been coming to this hotel often. I want to make sure this two receptionist are accounted for there behaviors. They have no skills to be receptionist. Am looking for the manager of Baymount near denver international airport if l don’t hear from him l will go to the next high rank. I will also the manager before he takes any action he looks at the camera . There is a strong evidence there

Horrible service
Had to stay in Denver because flight was delayed and got baymount for a night. Worst decision ever. Had to wait for shuttle over an hour with 2 kids at 930pm. Called hotel and was told it was our fault. The next day needed a shuttle back to airport and they didn't even try to offer options because needed time slot was booked. Will never use baymount.

Baymont is...ok...
This hotel is significantly run down... Also, there is a written notice, but you will be charged a $50 per day "security deposit" that *should* be refunded after your stay.

Worst hotel I have EVER stayed at.
In my life I have NEVER stayed at a worse hotel. Staff was ok but it was obvious this hotel needs some serious work. The hotel is close to 20 years old yet somehow looks like it was built 50 years ago. Carpets all throughout are torn up, the hotel is musky, pool is an odd color, the room was just awful. It was clean... I guess. The sheets were old and needed to be replaced 10 years ago, same with the bed spreads. Chair in the room looked like a crime scene happened on it and housekeeping tried really hard to clean it but it needed to be replaced. No Microwaves or Refrigerators and when I checked in there were close to 20 people in the lobby who had just gotten off an airport shuttle. After talking to them I discovered they were there because a flight had been cancelled and they had been issued a voucher and somehow, somewhere some higher up thought that it would make sense to send 40 people all at once to a hotel with a shuttle that held about 10 people in it and ran once (allegedly) every half hour. The poor lady at the front desk whos name I think was Nicole looked exhausted and over worked and I felt terrible for her. Whoever owns this property should be ashamed of themselves. They obviously have no idea how to run a business.
