Room was so old and dated . Stains on pillows . Loud AC didn’t sleep all night Smells of old carpets

Overall nice property - pool was nice, lots of birds and wildlife, nice lobby. Food was very average, not a ton of variety. Virtually no table service for water, coffee, drinks. Long lines to get an egg made. Have to get coffee into little cups out of machines. So definitely some annoyances, but overall nice property. We had a suite and the room was very nice with a couch, 2 bedrooms, very clean and nicely decorated. I believe some of the annoyances were no salt and pepper or sugars accessible on the tables - have to get up and walk around to find everything at a meal. Would have appreciated better table service. Also room service took 2 hours and the food was cold.

Soulless, lacks atmosphere.,.........
Large clean hotel, loved the gym, Sauna, steam room. Good breakfast, restaurant staff helpful, others a little soulless, often the case in large establishments. Unfortunately due to my husband's delayed flight we were unable to secure an airport transfer. Seemed a little crazy, flight delays are unpredictable.

We always stay at this hotel, their service is second to none. The Grill restaurant at the pool is amazing. Orlando, Cindy and The Chef makes you feel welcome, the food is amazing.

High end feel, reasonable price
Very nice hotel. Great breakfast and has two bar/restaurants one at the pool. Also a Japanese restaurant. Higher end feel with reasonable price for a room. The shops are very pricey though.
