We spent Christmas 2025 poolside at the Barcelo Puerto Vallarta (Mismaloya) and have had the best service from Moises Rodriguez. He was friendly, had a great smile, was attentive and polite! Feliz Navidad Moises!

Luis - The Forno Master!
We are at the Barcelo, Mismaloya, and just had the best lunch experience ever! We sat at the snack bar, at the bar, with the beach in the background! Luis was our pizza guy, a.k.a. “Forno Oven Master! He gave us the best service and the best pizza! 100% recommend!

The Barcelo is a beautiful resort. We’ve especially enjoyed the VIP premium lounge. Cesar has been an absolute gem!! He’s a must meet if you come!!

the hotel location was nice ,but far from city center and airport and nice beaches ,it was out of town 50 minutes drive to central part . Really nice swimming pool and night show.staff were so kind and nice,BUT FOOD Taste and quality was horrible.they need to have professional chef .Lunch and dinner time was like nightmare for me .There is no beach area as well ,which most of the travellers go to Mexico to use the beach area.Overall l won’t go back for my next vacation to puerto Vallarta.
