    Quick and good service

    Great dinning experience. Rene and Iveth give amazing service very kind and attentive. We ordered the ordered the seafood pasta Alfredo pasta n tiramisu

    Amazing week away !

    Absolutely amazing. We had such a fun week. The premium was well worth it. Loved Cesar Lopez in the premium lounge. He was so friendly and mixed the best special coffees! Victor, Alfredo and Ricardo at the swim up bar always mixed a great drink for us !!! The weather was way better than the projected forecast was. Jack Sparrow tour day was perfect on the boat too !!!! The staff was all friendly and the place was always clean. The rooms were huge !!!! Premium gave us an amazing view !!!! We will be back !

    i would never visit this place food was very bad steak house bad and we had to waiter at least 2 hours in order to have the food finally all the food orders were wrong

    Stay away from roaches and hell hotel.

    Hotel from hell. Staff are horrible. The rooms are dirty. Room service food comes with roaches. When you complain, management just laughs at you and says should have went somewhere else. If you want to hate your vacations, this is the best place for you. Otherwise stay away stay away stay away. I left early and they said they will refund the money. It’s bin over 6 months, I have not seen a cent back yet. I recommend estancia hotel. They are the best, everything is perfect there.

    Barcelo in Mismayloa.

    From the moment we arrived Cassandra at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. Carlos brought our luggage to an amazing room with outstanding views. Cesar in the premium lounge made you feel at home, what a sweet, kind generous man! My favorite waiter Victor was as usual amazing! David one of the managers is the sweetest always asking if we needed anything. Marco another manager was always smiling . The employees here are very generous and kind. Our room was clean, the grounds are so well maintained. We have been here numerous times and will continue to return. Not one mosquito bite!
