Make sure the services you paid for are available during your stay are available. My family went hoping to enjoy the pool again but during this stay it was under maintenance. My family was only notified during check in at the premium level while. Very unfortunate.

The hotel is great when you look at it from outside. Once you walked in. it is not that great. We checked in around 9:00 PM after ~ 14 hours of travel. When we asked where the restaurant was, the lady at front desk just pointed a direction. She didn't tell me the hotel has three restaurants at different locations. Once walked in the room, we found a number of areas which were not satisfied, to list a few: 1. The bath room does not have shower pad to prevent slip, the marble shower floor is very slippery; 2. No hair conditioner was provided, only shampoo and bodywash, no handwash, no body lotion; 3. There was only one bathrobe hanging in the closet, no slippers; 4. There was a coffee maker on the table. However, there was only one coffee bag which was decaf; ......... Please give a second thought if you want to stay there...

Exceptional service and location
We stayed in a premium room on the upper levels. Great views over the city. Loved the room and all fittings, Super comfortable bed. Premium lounge access was well worth the upgrade. Great location for accessing the historical area, parks and monuments. The hotel is right next to a pedestrian street with some restaurants and bars. Exceptional service. Only quibble is the loud music from the rooftop that continues after midnight.

Quiet, good food, great housekeeping and waitstaff
Great location. A/C didn't get as cool as I would like, so staff brought a portable A/C for us. Lorena from housekeeping was FANTASTIC. Waitstaff for breakfast, especially Roberto and Rodrigo, were also great! Room was quiet. I enjoyed the pool, my partner loved the workout facilities. Breakfast buffet had great selection. I enjoyed the hotel so much I booked a return reservation for 17 days in December.
