Dec 22, 2025Repeated key failures, inconveniences and operational failures
Despite having a confirmed pre-tour reservation followed by a Gate 1 tour, our stay was marked by repeated operational issues that consistently wasted our time. Our room keys were deactivated multiple times without warning, requiring repeated trips back to the front desk after long days of travel. We were even told we needed to “check out” mid-stay, despite not changing rooms and having a continuous reservation. The most disruptive moment occurred immediately before a scheduled group meeting, when we were told one guest would need to move rooms so the hotel could deliver a minor amenity that had already been placed in a different room due to the hotel’s own error. We had no intention of changing rooms and were forced to push back simply to regain access and avoid being late. Even after involving senior staff, our keys were deactivated again the following day. Issues were repeatedly framed as guest error rather than acknowledged as system or process failures. For a hotel of this caliber, the experience was surprisingly disorganized and exhausting.

Very nice place to stay outside the city center.
The hotel is clean and quiet. If you stay at the premier level, you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast and happy hour. In addition there are snacks throughout the day and unlimited water.

Excellent stay and great value.
Hotel is very comfortable and the value is hard to beat. I highly recommend choosing a package that includes breakfast as the selection is plentiful and the hours are extensive. The location is also excellent.

Excellent value
This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Large room with comfortable beds, pool and gym, central location, quite quiet even though it’s on a major street, nice touches such as a nightlight in the bathroom. Pay a little extra to get a premium level room, which gets you access to the premium lounge with free drinks from 6-7 and small food items. We never went out for dinner!
