Great resort with plenty of amenities and pools for the kids. The food was always great, and we didnt have any hint of sickness from it (not always the case down south). Staff were great and friendly. Only issue was VERY loud music from the Caribe theater that went until just after 2AM one night. Not sure why events crew though it would be a good idea to keep the majority of people staying there up for the benefit of a few partiers. Consider checking with who had that music that loud as it kept our room and other friends up to just past 2AM.

It was a lovely experience, Isela was super kind and accommodating, the facilities are in a very good condition and playing experience was super enjoyable

Summer in December
Danay and Fany were very nice, great smiles and energy. 4 stars mostly because of the food. The à la carte restaurant is serving the same food as the buffet.

BARCELO CARIBE BARCY CLUB IS THE BEST
Barcelo caribe is our favorite section of the Barcelo resorts. The kids club is big and spacious and the girls there are so kind and great with the kids. My children felt comfortable and happy and excited to hang out in the club for hours!!! Caribe has a smaller “grounds” which made it easy to navigate with small kids, and we just walked to the colonial water park when we felt like it which is a 6 min walk. 10/10 especially barcy club!!!!
