Feb 09, 2026Don't drink the tap water. Otherwise fun!
Depends on what you want for food...restaurants are kind of a mix from the buffet (meh). The Japanese restaurant is, however, fantastic! Beautiful views and beach. Wonderful rooms. Fun SUP and catamaran. We ended up with 3 days of very high winds and we're not able to do a lot of the activities outside for the majority of our time there, unfortunately.

It's a quality place. Good value for the money. Yet, in all respects below the Rivera Maya Location. Especially disappointing is cooking in most (not all) restaurants.

The grounds are great. The rest is
Even though my overall impression is low, this resort was the right decision for my family. There is lots to do, including THREE kids-centric (not merely kids-tolerant) pools. It’s like a water park we could stay at, and that’s what we wanted.

We had the most amazing room and a wonderful time. We would definitely come back in the future. Next time we would bring the kiddos most likely.

Really fun
It was really fun, good service, amazing beach, good food at the buffet. The pools are big and the activities are well made
